The identification and optimization of ecological function key areas can maintain the regional landscape ecological pattern and carry out the important research methods of ecological protection and restoration in the study area.Landscape ecology believes that it is very meaningful to study the landscape ecological pattern.In view of the current situation of wetland area reduction and ecological service capacity reduction,based on the analysis method of landscape ecology and 3S technology,from the perspective of landscape pattern,the function value of ecological function key area of Zhalong wetland was evaluated.The construction of ecological corridor can improve the connectivity of ecological environment.This study takes Zhalong Wetland in Tiefeng District of Qi City as an example,using landsat8 multispectral remote sensing image optical data,terrain auxiliary data and field measurement data in June 2020,The landscape types of Zhalong wetland research area are divided into six categories.Based on morphological spatial analysis(MSPA)and landscape connectivity analysis,the core patches with high service value per unit area in Zhalong Wetland Nature Reserve are determined as the ecological source.The resistance surface is calculated and the lowest cost corridor is identified by using the minimum cumulative resistance model in the spatial analysis module,and the Arc GIS spatial analysis is used In order to identify the ecological function key area of Zhalong wetland,the ecological resistance surface is constructed in the sample plot,and the overall ecological network optimization goal is achieved by optimizing the ecological function key area of the study area.Reasonable construction of ecological network is conducive to maintaining biodiversity and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.The main research contents and results are as follows(1)The landscape types of the study plots were divided into six types:open water,residential land,grassland,saline alkali land,wetland and farmland Based on the study of landscape ecology theory,combined with the field survey of Zhalong Nature Reserve in May 2019,wetland and clear water were selected as ecological land,and the core patches of wetland landscape with high service value per unit area were selected by using morphological spatial analysis(MSPA)method and landscape connectivity analysis method,i.e.the patch area in the study area was large and the plate importance index(DPC)The results show that:the area of animal community habitat in Zhalong Nature Reserve is relatively wide,but the area of migration channel for energy exchange and material circulation is small,and the distribution is relatively concentrated,which is not conducive to species migration.(2)Using Arc GIS spatial analysis module,the resistance surface is divided into low resistance buffer zone,medium resistance buffer zone and high resistance buffer zone.The buffer zones with different resistance degrees form a circle shape around the ecological source area.The area of low resistance buffer zone is 712km~2,accounting for about 50%of the study area 34%,which is an important area for landscape ecological function maintenance and has obvious protection ability.The middle and low resistance buffer zone is the preferred location for species migration and activity in the reserve,with an area of 987km~2,accounting for 47.00%of the total area of the study area.As the buffer zone of Zhalong Wetland core area,these areas play an important role in isolating human activities tourism economic zone and nature reserve,and are relatively secondary protection level.The buffer zone with high resistance degree reaches 501 km~2,accounting for 23.86%of the total study area.It is a range with frequent human activities and deep economic development.The planned utilization rate is relatively high,the original ecology is relatively low,and the degree of protection is the lowest among the three sections.(3)In 2020,the land value of Zhalong wetland is the largest,accounting for56.43%of the total area,followed by open water,accounting for 11.07%,grassland,accounting for 10.77%,farmland,accounting for 10.55%,saline alkali land and residential land,accounting for 6.24%and 4.91%respectively.Therefore,in the landscape of Zhalong wetland,grassland fragmentation is the most serious.Human activities,agricultural activities,the expansion of arable land and animal husbandry make the grassland landscape more fragmented.The AI value of grassland is relatively low,41.23%,while the aggregation index values of landscape types such as open water,residential land,saline alkali land and farmland are not more than 40%,which proves that these landscapes are scattered in various areas of the study area,and the ecosystem stability of the landscape can be reduced.In the aggregation index,wetland>clear water>farmland>grassland>residential land>saline alkali land.From the frac index,grassland>saline land>residential land>farmland>clear water>wetland.(4)According to the evaluation of the existing landscape connectivity in the study area,according to the research data and the actual situation,the reasonable optimization suggestions for the ecological function key area of Zhalong wetland were put forward.Real time monitoring of water quality should be strengthened to prevent water pollution and vegetation damage.In order to avoid large-scale planning of Zhalong Wetland scenic spots,carry out service functions,appropriately control the number of tourists per unit time,give time for wetland landscape maintenance and restoration,avoid unnecessary damage,and maintain the restoration of small and broken ecological sources,so as to make them connect into large-scale ecological sources as far as possible,enhance the stability of the ecosystem,and indirectly increase the ecological resources By increasing the distance threshold,the distribution of ecological corridor is optimized.The average length of the optimized ecological corridor is higher than that of the current ecological corridor.Finally,the optimization of ecological corridor can increase the density of corridors,strengthen the connectivity between habitat patches,and improve the efficiency of material exchange and energy flow between source areas.When optimizing the nodes,the patch size should be expanded to the minimum area threshold,and the damaged ecological nodes should be repaired to further reduce the ecological blind area,enhance the restoration ability of the ecosystem,and reduce the waste of resources.
