The urban wind environment gradually deteriorates with the rapid development of urbanization.Different from the wind environment of non-cold cities,cold cities have frequent thermal haze and poor thermal comfort due to their unique wind environment characteristics.At present,the research on urban climate has begun to bear fruit,but the research results are difficult to connect with the existing urban planning or urban design,which also makes the results of urban climate research impossible to implement.To improve the urban wind environment,we need to start from the perspective of the city as a whole,through structural optimization and spatial form control at the overall level of the city,to achieve the purpose of improving the urban climate environment.On March 14,2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Notice on Listing 20 Cities,including Beijing,as the first batch of pilot cities for urban design." Since the overall urban design is to control the overall spatial pattern of the city,it can become a way to implement wind environment assessment.This article takes Changchun City as the research object.First,through the interpretation of typical cases and government documents,it proposes a multi-scale linking path between overall urban design and urban wind environment evaluation.Subsequently,the status quo of the wind environment in Changchun was evaluated and analyzed,and the urban spatial form factors that affected the urban wind environment,such as open spatial distribution,urban height distribution,building layout and architectural form,were identified,and a wind environment evaluation system was constructed to evaluate each carry out simulation evaluation to determine the best reasonable layout.And use CFD to simulate and analyze Changchun City from the "central city-typical urban area-block scale",analyze the current urban wind environment and the impact mechanism of different urban spatial elements on the wind environment,and propose to improve the urban wind environment from multiple scales methods.Finally,the wind environment improvement strategy is connected with the overall urban design,and it is divided into three levels of "city area-central urban area-key area".Propose the division of the city's landscape and zoning at the city level,and guide the construction of the "three patterns" at the central city level,proving the importance of restoring the "historical water system" of Changchun City and constructing the ventilation corridors,as well as the areas along the ventilation corridors Propose control guidelines,and provide control guidelines based on function at the level of key regions.In the end,the urban ventilation will be enhanced from the macro level to the meso level,the smog phenomenon will be alleviated,and the thermal comfort level will be improved from the micro pedestrian scale to cope with the wind environment in cold areas.Therefore,the combination of wind environment assessment and overall urban design can not only improve the overall urban design work,but also be a means to implement the wind environment assessment results,thereby improving the urban environment and enhancing the quality of urban living environment.
