In recent years,Yan'an's population and economy have continued to grow rapidly,and urbanization has accelerated.Yan'an City,located on the Loess Plateau,is lacking in land resources and fragile geological environment due to topography.In the process of urban construction,the inevitable occurrence of mountain slope cutting often reduces the stability of slopes,and even triggers landslide disasters.The Second-phase Project of Northern Landslide in Erzhuangke Village was caused by the excavation of slope foot in the process of old city reconstruction.The landslide has seriously affected the progress of the reconstruction project of the old city,threatening the safety of the life and property of the construction workers.It needs urgent treatment.In the process of traditional governance plan design,designers need to rely on experience to give preliminary design plans,and then continue to conduct trial calculations on the plans.The design is random,subjective,and inefficient.The Second-phase Project of Northern Landslide in Erzhuangke Village treatment time is urgent,how to design a set of safe,economical and easy construction landslide treatment schemes is of great practical significance.First of all,this paper combined the preliminary survey data to analyze the characteristics of the landslide,and adopted qualitative and quantitative stability evaluation.Secondly,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compare the two sets of landslide treatment schemes.Thirdly,taking the cost of single pile body of anti-slide pile as the objective function,the size of the pile section and the length of the embedded section as variables,and setting the constraint conditions in conjunction with the relevant specifications,the mathematical model of optimal design of anti-slide pile is established.Finally,the MATLAB program is used to write anti-slide pile internal force calculation,genetic algorithm and sine and cosine algorithm.Through the operation of the algorithm program,more reasonable antislide pile design parameters are obtained,thereby achieving the optimization goal.Through the check calculation,the safety of the optimized anti-slide pile structure is analyzed.The results show that the optimized anti-slide pile design meets the specifications and meets the safety requirements.Under this premise,the cost of the optimized control plan is reduced by about 31% compared with the preliminary design plan,and it has good economic benefits.Practice has proved that this design method can be effectively applied to the optimal design of landslide treatment plan.
