Complex geological environment in southwest region, due to recent years, the rapid development of social economy, human engineering activities XiangShan District development gradually, make the occurrence of geological disasters such as landslide also increasingly frequent, also more and more high to the requirement of landslide. The current design of landslide control is often based on the experience of the specification and engineering personnel.Designers sometimes make the design result too conservative and lead to waste of resources. And sometimes too aggressive,in order to pursue the cost savings and neglect the security stability, resulting in the landslide control project is not good. Therefore,in order to achieve the dual purpose of safety and economy in the landslide treatment project, the optimal design of landslide control must be studied and discussed. This paper studies the landslide of Jizu mountain.Jizu mountain landslide is located in yunnan binchuan Jizu hills of sand address village, under the influence of the construction project appear sliding deformation phenomenon, serious threat to the safety of life and property of the people around, the need for landslide control. But Jizu mountain landslide project funds are limited. Therefore, how to save project funds under the premise of safety is a real problem worth studying. In this paper, the author studies the landslide of Jizu mountain and analyzes the cause and stability of landslide in combination with its geological environment.By using grey correlation method and analytic hierarchy process, the optimization of different governance schemes is compared.According to the theory of soil arch effect, the spacing of anti-slide piles is optimized.Using MATLAB programming, based on the simulated annealing algorithm in particle swarm optimization algorithm, the algorithm is optimized according to the actual requirements of the project, and then the parameters of anti-slide pile are optimized. To optimize after the basis of the landslide treatment scheme and anti-slide pile parameters, using a commonly used in engineering principle is software of anti-slide pileinternal force calculation and reinforcement,to improve the chicken foot mountain landslide treatment design. After the stability analysis of the landslide in the chicken foot mountain,it is found that the landslide is in danger of instability under the condition of gravity, groundwater and heavy rainfall.Through the optimization of grey relation method and analytic hierarchy process, the landslide control scheme combined with anti-slide pile, retaining wall and drainage engineering is obtained. In the treatment plan, the anti-slide pile is used as the main retaining engineering method, and the anti-slide piles with different piles of A,B and C are arranged respectively. After the optimal design of pile spacing and pile body, type A 23 root pile layout, per linear meter reduce cost is 1398.64 yuan,B type 41 root pile layout,is 622.6yuan per linear meter to reduce the cost,C 20 root pile layout,is 247.9 yuan per linear meter cost reduction. After the final optimization, the design of anti-slide pile can save150.39 million yuan. The anti-slide pile is checked and reinforced by the rational software, and the design of retaining wall and drainage engineering is improved. The following conclusions are obtained through the study of this paper.Jizu mountain landslide sliding signs of obvious, the need for governance, landslide treatment plan optimization after received the actual project requirements of most reasonable control scheme, the optimization of anti-slide pile design for the project saves a lot of money, after checking up the design scheme can meet the design specification requirements of safety and reliability, can be used in practical engineering. Therefore, this study has achieved the purpose of research.
