At present,the traditional physical sandbox and digital electronic sandbox are often used for simulating the topography.However,the physical sandbox is fixed in content,high in production cost,and incapable of interaction.The electronic sandbox does not have true three-dimensional display characteristics,the viewing angle is limited,and the spatial analysis is lacking.The latest emerging technology of virtual reality,augmented reality and other technologies are often not compatible with the advantages of true three-dimensional display,display area switchable and naked-eye viewing,which brings inconvenience to the command and decision-making departments at all levels to understand the situation,make plans and direct actions.The real-time dynamic true three-dimensional terrain representation proposed in the paper can quickly construct three-dimensional scenes of arbitrary regions by using DEM data,and superimpose the symbolized vector data with satellite image and layered color map to make texture data,and use multi-channel projection fusion technology to project texture data onto a three-dimensional scene,solving key technical problems such as true three-dimensional display,content switchable,naked-eye viewing,and real-time situational data.It can not only give full play to the advantages of traditional sand table,but also quickly switch the combat area,which can meet the needs of various applications such as strategic research,action planning and joint command in the case of routine and emergency situations.Based on the actual project,this paper optimizes and improves related technologies in the field of mechanical manufacturing,and applies it to the field of geographic information expression.It creatively proposes a real-time dynamic true three-dimensional terrain representation based on NC lattice and projection fusion,and the key Technical research,the main work is as follows:1.NC lattice instead of a solid sand disk is proposed as a carrier for three-dimensional terrain expression,and the multi-point forming technology is optimized and improved.A four-axis driving scheme is designed to realize the simultaneous driving of four unit bodies in a small space using existing size motors.Design a reset device using the valve to control unitto hold the tight or relaxed,and achieve rapid retreat of the unit body;the core technologies such as the precision unit body design technology,precision drive control technology,heavy-duty frame load-bearing technology and cumulative error elimination technology in the system construction process are studied.2.The software system of real-time dynamic three-dimensional terrain representation is studied.The principle path and method steps of data processing system,numerical control dot matrix system and projection fusion correction system are discussed in detail.The principle and ideas of multi-channel image fusion correction matching algorithm are studied to achieve image fusion correction algorithm.3.A real-time dynamic three-dimensional terrain representation prototype system is realized,and the technical indicators of the system design are proposed.One mainstream application method not available in other three terrain expression systems is proposed,which enrich the geographic information expression.
