In recent years,due to the continuous concentration of urban population,the urban heat island effect in the humid and hot climate area of South China has gradually intensified,and residents are in the negative effect of high temperature,high humidity and strong radiation all year round.The residential area of the city is one of the main units of the city and the most important activity area for urban residents.Therefore,for residential communities in hot and humid cities,it is urgent to carry out scientific research on urban climate and find ways to effectively improve the quality of urban climate.At present,the research on urban microclimate mainly focused on mesoscale(the whole city)and local scale(the block).The research on the climate adaptive design of residential area scale is relatively few,and there is no quantitative research results that can be directly used to guide the urban planning and design work.Based on the humid and hot climate in South China in summer,this project uses CFD numerical simulation technology and find out the appropriate and effective microclimate simulation schemes such as radiation model,turbulence model and discrete scheme of urban residential area,then constructs the influence mechanism of urban planning factors on microclimate of urban residential area by combining the urban climate and planning related knowledge,that is,firstly,starting from the evolution of the urban canopy climate system,it is analyzed that the outdoor microclimate environment in the residential area is mainly controlled by three physical and thermal processes: radiative heat transfer,convection heat exchange and moisture heat exchange.According to those corresponding physical and thermal processes,the influencing factors of the outdoor microclimate are analyzed,which mainly cover the spatial morphology elements of the building group in the residential area,the texture elements of the underlying surface and the outdoor area coverage elements,etc.According to the influencing mechanism and the corresponding influencing factors,the prediction model of outdoor temperature and humidity of residential area is developed according to the typical working conditions of residential area in hot and humid city Guangzhou.The results show that the error range of the temperature prediction mode relative to the measured value is 0.257% to 1.731%,and the average error of the humidity prediction mode relative to the measured value is 9.49%.Both prediction modes have good prediction capabilities.At the same time,human apparent temperature is selected as the evaluation standard of outdoor comfort in residential area,which fully considered the influence of temperature,humidity,wind speed,radiation and other factors on human body comfort.Combined with the prediction mode of temperature and humidity and the thermal comfort evaluation system,a set of climate adaptability scheme was given for the residential area in hot and humid cities,and it is applied to the actual residential district case.10 kinds of working conditions were designed for the actual built residential area with the outdoor thermal environment as the target,which compared the adjustment effects of different planning factors of the underlying surface of the residential area.The result shows that the significant degree of the effect of improving the outdoor thermal environment is trees > water > grassland > permeable artificial pavement.Through the research of this subject,the optimization measures of outdoor thermal environment of urban residential area are put forward from the aspects of residential area planning and layout,underlying surface structure(water surface,greening,etc.),materials,etc.,which are suitable for the climate conditions of hot and humid areas,providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for the scientific residential area planning of hot and humid cities,and has direct practical significance and important value for creating a more livable environment suitable for climate characteristics and ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the city.
