In the vast marine treasure house,there is a huge amount of energy,among which the wave energy reserves are rich and the utilization rate is high.In the current energy situation is critical and the traditional fossil energy is facing depletion,the green and environmentalfriendly wave energy generation is the current research hotspot,and the distributed wave energy generation system suitable for large-scale power generation is more concerned by people.In order to solve the problem of PTO(power take off)output force matching of different energy harvesting mechanisms in distributed generation system,a new type of integrated digital hydraulic cylinder group is proposed to replace the traditional hydraulic cylinder,and its conversion characteristics are analyzed and tested.Through dynamic control of its access state,the damping of the digital hydraulic cylinder group can be controlled,and then the force state and motion track of the buoyancy pendulum can be adjusted to improve the efficiency of energy capture.The contents of each chapter are as follows:In the first chapter,the current energy situation in the world is summarized,the hydraulic systems of various wave energy power generation devices are introduced,the research progress of multi chamber hydraulic cylinder is introduced,a new type of integrated digital hydraulic cylinder group is proposed,and finally the research significance and content of this topic are explained.In the second chapter,based on the theory of micro amplitude wave,the force state and motion track of buoyancy pendulum in wave are analyzed.The structural characteristics,internal leakage characteristics,mechanical efficiency characteristics and PTO matching characteristics of digital hydraulic cylinder bank are analyzed.According to the characteristics of digital hydraulic cylinder group,the hydraulic system of distributed wave energy power generation device is designedIn the third chapter,AMESim is used to build the hydraulic model of distributed wave energy power generation,and Simulink is used to build the control model.The control strategy of the digital hydraulic cylinder group is studied,and the power curve and the best capture state of the wave energy power generation system are analyzed.A discrete search algorithm based on the pressure and displacement boundary is proposed.The simulation results show that the control strategy can improve the efficiency of energy capture.In the fourth chapter,the test and control system of digital hydraulic cylinder group is built,the test bench of internal leakage characteristics and mechanical efficiency characteristics is built,and the test scheme is designed.The hardware and software platform of control system based on DSP and Lab VIEW is built.In the fifth chapter,based on the characteristic analysis and test scheme design of the digital hydraulic cylinder group,the semi physical test platform is built and the internal leakage characteristics and mechanical efficiency characteristics are tested.The output force matching experiment of single cylinder PTO with stable system pressure is carried out in the semi physical test-bed,and the feasibility of the control algorithm is verified.The sixth chapter summarizes this paper,and prospects the future work,and puts forward the next research focus.
