With the increase of energy consumption,the price of fossil energy such as coal and petroleum continue to rise,and the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,countries around the world pay more and more attention to the development and utilization of new energy.As an important part of it,ocean energy has always been the strategic goal of priority development and utilization.In recent years,the Ministry of Finance has invested more and more renewable marine energy funds annually to carry out technological innovation and research and development.New breakthroughs have been made in the development and utilization of marine energy in China,and wave power generation devices have gradually entered the stage of marine test.However,there are still problems of low conversion efficiency and high generation cost in current wave power generation devices.One of the important reasons for these problems is that the operational performance evaluation criteria of wave power generation devices in China are not uniform and the evaluation and testing system is not mature.Therefore,to propose an experimental,mature and reliable power characteristic testing method is very important.In this paper,the power characteristic test rules of wave energy converters issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission are fully analyzed,and the relevant test and evaluation standards of wind turbines in China are used for reference.In view of the characteristics of wave energy converters developed independently in China,the corresponding test and evaluation system of the field measurement of power characteristics and power quality characteristics of wave energy generating devices is proposed.Based on the on-site test method of power characteristics and power quality characteristics of wave energy power generation device proposed in this paper,the onsite test of the "Wanshan" wave energy power generation device and its distribution area were carried out.Through the processing and analysis of the collected data during the test period,the power characteristics and power quality characteristics of the "Wanshan" wave energy converter in the test area and in the test phase are evaluated and analyzed respectively,and satisfactory results are obtained,which provides the operational performance of the wave energy generating device.
