At present,as a high-tech oblique photogrammetry in the field of international surveying and mapping,it comprehensively and truly reflects the terrain scene in a way wide range,high precision and high definition.The oblique photogrammetry data results obtained by efficient UAV data acquisition equipment and automatic modeling software can more intuitive reflection of the appearance,location and other information of the terrain,at the same time,it also reduces the acquisition of surveying and mapping data human,financial and time costs.However,due to the automatic modeling mechanism of oblique photogrammetry data,that is,first perform aerial triangulation on the control point to obtain dense point cloud data,and then construct a triangular grid through point cloud thinning,and finally the triangular grid is pasted with texture.The whole process is fully automatic,and the terrain is not separated.The tilt photography model is a continuous irregular triangular grid.This kind of "whole skin" tilt photography model is only limited to the browsing level,and it can not be used for basic operations such as object selection,attribute query,etc.,nor for fine management of tilt model buildings,which limits the application of tilt photography data in GIS.In order to solve the above problems,this paper focuses on the layered monomer on the building model of the oblique photography data.the main work is as follows:1.On the basis of studying the data specifications and structural characteristics of 3D Tiles,an algorithm for scheduling oblique photography data based on adaptive octrees is proposed,which can effectively balance the visual effect and scheduling efficiency of 3D scenes of tilt model.2.This paper studies the method of building model monomer based on tilt photography data,aiming at the shortcomings of the extraction of the dynamic singularized vector surface,a method of extracting the vector data of the tilting model based on the ray method is proposed.According to the extracted vector data,the model bounding box is constructed by using primitive in cesium and superimposed on the tilt model,and the layered monomer of building model based on tilt photography data is realized.3.A prototype system of tilt model monomer is designed and implemented.The system can realize the functions of building model of tilt photography data,such as building division,layering and household monomer,and indoor and outdoor integrated roaming.
