As a new type of solvent,ionic liquids are widely used in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology because of their high thermal stability,high electrical conductivity and low volatilization.However,as more and more researchers have discovered that ionic liquids have toxic effects on organisms,the ecological effects of ionic liquids and the potential environmental risks of environmental degradation and residues have attracted attention.Therefore,it is the focus of research to investigate the laws of different ionic liquids on the toxicity of different organisms and the removal of ionic liquids from the environment.In this paper,the effect of imidazole ionic liquids on the growth of edible plants such as water spinach and rice is preliminarily considered to be the possibility that ionic liquids enter the human body through the food chain.Through phytoremediation technology,it was found that ryegrass can remove ionic liquids from environmental waters.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The effects of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([C4min]Br)on the growth of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk and the ability of the Ipomoea aquatica Forsk to absorb and accumulate[C4min]Br were studied.It was found that the Ipomoea aquatica Forsk can only absorb and accumulate a small amount in the body[C4min]Br,but[C4min]Br has a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.After treatment with[C4min]Br,the content of MDA in water spinach increased,which aggravated the biomass,chlorophyll content and root activity of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.This study demonstrates that[C4min]Br can be absorbed by plants and accumulate in the body,while[C4min]Br affects the normal growth of plants.2.1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([C2min]Br),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([C4min]Br),1-octyl-3-bromide bromide Methylimidazole([C8min]Br)was the research object,and the effects of different ionic liquid structures on the physiological and biochemical indexes of rice growth were studied.The experimental results show that the longer the ionic liquid chain length is,the stronger the inhibitory effect on rice is,and the rice biomass decreases,the chlorophyll content decreases,the MDA content increases,and the antioxidant active enzymes SOD,POD and CAT increase with the chain length and concentration.In different tissues of rice,MDA content was the highest in roots,followed by stems and leaves,while antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT were the most in leaves,followed by stems and roots.The change of rice MDA indicated that the roots were exposed to ions.The liquid attack is severe,and the antioxidant enzyme activity indicates that the resistance of the root is stronger than that of the stem and leaf.3.Using 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide,1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide as the research object,the rice absorption and The difference in the accumulation of imidazole ionic liquids of different chain lengths.The results showed that[C2min]Br,[C4min]Br,[C8min]Br could be absorbed by rice,and the shorter the chain length,the lower the concentration and the higher the absorption efficiency.Rice not only absorbs ionic liquids of different chain lengths from contaminated water,but also accumulates migrating ionic liquids in the body.Three of the ionic liquids accumulated the most in the roots,followed by the stems and the leaves.4.The efficiency and mechanism of Lolium perenne L.removal of 1-tetradecyl-3-methylimidazolium([C14min]Br)ionic liquids from ionic liquids were studied.The results showed that the removal efficiency of[C14min]Br could reach 68%under the treatment of 1 mg/L,and the removal efficiency under the treatment of more than 5mg/L was only 20%,and the different tissues of Lolium perenne L.could accumulate.[C14min]Br,the effect of[C14min]Br on the growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of Lolium perenne L.was also studied.The high concentration of[C14min]Br would be extremely significant,and the low concentration of[C14min]Br would significantly inhibit the growth of Lolium perenne L..And antioxidase activity,[C14min]Br on the toxic effect of Lolium perenne L.can inhibit the removal efficiency of[C14min]Br by Lolium perenne L..The results of this study provide theoretical basis and technical support for the new pollutants of phytoremediation and removal of ionic liquids.
