| As a kind of ocean exploration equipment,the profile float is an important part of the ocean observation network.The ocean temperature difference is widely present in the ocean,and the acquisition of the ocean temperature difference can be used to supplement the energy of the profile float,which can increase the working time of the profile float and improve its work efficiency.In this paper,the overall design of the profile float driven by ocean temperature difference,motion modeling and hydrodynamic calculation,the design of the ocean thermal energy drive system,the depth control and the vertical surface motion control are carried out on the research of the profile float.The research work mainly includes:The working process of the profile float driven by the ocean thermal energy is analyzed,and the system design of the profile float driven by the ocean thermal energy is completed,including the overall layout of the profile float,the shape and the main pressure hull,and the design of the electric control unit.Energy consumption analysis of the profile float was carried out.Through the numerical simulation of the resistance test,oblique navigation test and plane motion mechanism test of the profile float,the corresponding hydrodynamic coefficients are calculated,and the kinematics and dynamics models of the profile float are established.The simulation of the floating and diving motion of the profile float is carried out,which provides data support for the energy consumption analysis of the profile float.According to the law of seawater temperature distribution,the appropriate phase change material is selected,and the phase change process is modeled and analyzed.The design of the thermoelectric heat exchanger is completed.According to the working principle of the marine thermoelectric drive system,the mathematical model of the marine thermoelectric drive system is established.The analysis and simulation of the marine thermoelectric drive system are carried out,and the simulation results have verified that the performance of the system can meet the corresponding technical indicators.According to the two main working modes of the profile float driven by ocean thermal energy,the depth control method of profile float based on improved sliding mode is proposed,and the straight-line path tracking control method of profile float driven by ocean thermal energy based on virtual target is proposed.The simulation results verify the above two control methods effectiveness. |
