In geological drilling,impact rotary drilling is an effective method to drill hard rock strata.Due to the structural design of the traditional hydraulic impactors,the important working parts such as springs are prone to damage,which makes the impactors unable to work normally.In addition,in the free travel stage of the traditional impactor,the active impact force on the impact hammer disappears and is only affected by the resistance(such as: the throttle ring resistance of the double-acting impactor;The end coil suction of the ejection impactor causes the impact energy to be partially offset and the impact efficiency to decrease.Aimed at the problems of the traditional hydraulic impactor,through analysis,this paper proposes a secondary booster compound design of double-acting hydraulic impactor,can provide two segments in the process of impact hammer impact boost,not only in closing valve acceleration phase is active from hydraulic thrust(primary booster),in a free trip stage,still have some hydraulic thrust booster(paragraph 2),Overcome the influence of free travel resistance,improve impact speed,so as to improve impact energy,improve drilling efficiency.The specific technical measures are: cancel the spring of the traditional hydraulic impactor;Cancel the throttle ring device of double acting hydraulic impactor;The opening time of the valve drain passage lags behind the free stroke,so that the hammer still plays the role of the main power in the free stroke stage.This paper mainly does the following work:1.On the basis of the above technical measures,the design of the structure principle of the two-stage booster compound double-acting hydraulic impactor is completed;2.The mathematical model of the working principle of the impactor was established,and the computer simulation software was developed;3.The software is used to analyze the influence of the changes of the structural parameters and working parameters on the performance of the impactor,and the orthogonal experimental method is used to optimize the design of the impactor;4.On the basis of parameter optimization design,the structure design of the impactor is completed,and the three-dimensional modeling of the impactor is carried out.At the same time,the two-dimensional engineering drawings of each component of the impactor are generated.Through theoretical analysis and simulation,it is proved that the new type of impacter has reasonable structure,high energy utilization rate and no wearing parts,which can greatly improve the impact rotary drilling efficiency.
