In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the online booking car industry represented by DiDi has developed vigorously, becoming a typical representative of the shared economy, providing people with a more comfortable and convenient way of travel Online booking ride-sharing is an important and special service in the network booking car industry. This service enables drivers and passengers with similar journeys to "carpool"travel, which not only increases the benefits of drivers, reduces passenger travel costs, but also alleviates trafic congestion and reduces energy consumption to a certain extent. However,in the existing online booking ride-sharing service, when matching drivers and passengers, distance is often used as a measure index, without considering the specific needs of drivers and passengers, resulting in low satisfaction of drivers and passengers and low success rate of the platform. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the matching problem between drivers and passengers in the online booking ride-sharing service. From the previous research results, the research on taxi and private car sharing mainly focuses on the path planning and pricing strategy in carpooling. The research on matching problem is rare, and the actual needs of drivers and passengers are less considered in few studies. Therefore,in order to find more satisfying matching object for drivers and passengers, and to improve the matching mechanism of the online booking platform, this paper starts with the mode of ride-sharing,and extracts the matching problem of drivers and passengers in an oeder mode and multiple order mode of the online booking ride-sharing service, and gives the corresponding decision method. In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1)The matching problem between drivers and passengers in an order mode of online booking ride-sharing service is refined and put forward an appropriate matching decision-making method. The one-to-one matching problem between drivers and passengers in an order mode of the online booking ride-sharing service is described.According to the characteristics of the problem,a matching optimization model aiming at maximizing the satisfaction of both drivers and passengers and maximizing the number of matches is constructed, and the solving method of the model is designed.(2)The matching problem between drivers and passengers in multiple orders mode of online booking ride-sharing service is refined and put forward an appropriate matching decision-making method. The many-to-one matching problem between drivers and passengers in multiple modes of the online booking ride-sharing service is described.According to the characteristics of the problem,a path optimization model is constructed, aiming at maximizing the satisfaction of both drivers and passengers and maximizing the number of matches. The matching schemes are obtained by the optimal path, and the solution method of the model is designed.(3)The matching problem between drivers and passengers in an order mode and multiple orders mode in the online booking ride-sharing service is analyzed by examples respectively, and the matching results show the efectiveness of the proposed method. The method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the matching problem between drivers and passengers in an order mode and the multiple orders mode, and also provide ideas for the matching mechanism of the platform. The research results of this paper provide reference and guidance for further research on the matching problem between drivers and passengers in the online booking ride-sharing service.
