In recent years, humans have been increasingly threatened by infectious diseases. The continued epidemic of traditional infectious diseases and the emergence of new infectious diseases have sounded the alarm for human beings, and the struggle between humans and infectious diseases is far from over. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the transmission mechanism of infectious diseases.By establishing a mathematical model of infectious disease dynamics to study infectious diseases, humans can better understand and solve the harms they bring.Studying the attraction domain of infectious disease models is conducive to human prediction and prevention of infectious diseases. Therefore, estimating the attraction domain of infectious disease models is one of the important research topics of infectious disease dynamics.Humans must thoroughly explore the estimation of the attraction domain of infectious disease models. This paper studies the HIV-1 model and the HIV-1 model of CTL immune response.Firstly, the equilibrium points of the two models and the stability of the equilibrium point are analyzed.Secondly, the moment of view is used to obtain the attraction domain of the system. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects.1.Discussed the HIV-1 model and studied the stability of the equilibrium point using the Routh Hurwitz criterion.2.Use the moment method to find the attraction domain of the model.3.The HIV-1 model of CTL immune response was discussed and the stability of the equilibrium point was studied using the Routh Hurwitz criterion.4.Use the method of moments to find the attraction domain of the model.
