The fire risk of power plants is high,and fires can cause serious casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is necessary for the reliability management of power plant fire extinguishing systems.Based on the reliability theory and the reliability research of FM200 fire extinguishing system in B power plant,this paper discusses the reliability management content of reliability planning,evaluation,guarantee and control of fire extinguishing system in power plant.Firstly,through the practice investigation and analysis of the original facilities and management of the fire extinguishing system of the B power plant,the FM200 fire extinguishing system is replaced by the original system according to the indicators of life safety,environmental safety,fire extinguishing performance,equipment occupation and investment,and The whole process of procurement,construction,operation and maintenance,and the reliability plan for the FM200 fire extinguishing system of B power plant was formulated.Secondly,based on the traditional GO method,using the characteristics of Karnaugh map "the smallest item with adjacentity can be combined",a reliability evaluation model suitable for power plant fire extinguishing system is built.According to the working principle and action flow of the FM200 fire extinguishing system of B power plant,the GO map is drawn,and the system reliability evaluation model is established.Based on the GO method,the Karnaugh map method is introduced to calculate the model,and the system quantitative and qualitative evaluation results are obtained to find out the system reliability.The most important component of sexual impact.Then,using the accident tree method to analyze the reliability of the FM200 fire extinguishing system according to the B power plant,and verifying the results with the GO method.Finally,the reliability guarantee measures of FM200 system in B power plant are proposed from the perspectives of organization,management and resource input.According to the system reliability evaluation results obtained by GO method,the key influencing factors of design,procurement,construction and operation and maintenance are proposed.Sexual control recommendations.Based on GO method and Karnaugh map method,the reliability model of FM200 fire extinguishing system in power plant is established,which provides a basis for reliability planning,evaluation,verification,guarantee and control of FM200 fire extinguishing system in B power plant,which is helpful for design,procurement and construction.Improve the reliability of power plant fire extinguishing systems in various aspects such as operation and maintenance.
