Gejiu mining area is a super-large polymetallic mining area mainly rich in tin ore.This highprecision magnetic survey area is the east area of Gejiu mining area.From north to south,there are five major ore deposits: Malage,Songshujiao,Gaosong,Laochang,and Kafang.However,due to long-term mining,resources are consumed.The ground-based high-precision magnetic surveys made here in this paper have been well applied in studying the characteristics of deep ore bodies,constructing deep ore body prediction models,and predicting the position of deep ore bodies.There may be some solutions to the problems faced by the district.This high-precision magnetic survey was conducted twice in May and August 2020 in the east area of Gejiu mining area.A total of 6 survey lines were laid out,with a total magnetic survey distance of 84.6km,3148 designed survey points,and 3098 survey points,Some measuring points are steep and cannot be measured.This paper collects relevant geological structure data and geophysical information in Gejiu area,summarizes the data,and analyzes and interprets the magnetic anomaly information in this area based on the 1:20000 ground high-precision magnetic survey data.Through the qualitative analysis of the magnetic anomaly section,12 faulted structures were inferred,including 4 largescale ore-controlling structures.Through the quantitative analysis of the magnetic anomaly,3prospective areas of mineralization were predicted,Combining with the geological characteristics of Gejiu area to verify the attributes and characteristics of the magnetic source body in the abnormal area.Due to the large area of the magnetic survey,the reason for the magnetic anomaly can only be roughly analyzed.Therefore,this magnetic survey is more focused on verifying the feasibility of high-precision magnetic surveys in this area,providing a reference for subsequent further research and analysis.
