Lung cancer is a serious cancer with high morbidity and mortality in China and respiratory disease,so it is urgent to explore the main factors influencing the incidence of lung cancer. This paper collated the incidence rate of lung cancer and the data of natural geography and air quality in the geographical environment factors from 2010 to 2015.Taking global and local spatial autocorrelation, correlation analysis, principal component regression, ridge regression and geographically weighted regression as research methods,we explored the incidence rate of male and female lung cancer, the influence of geographical environment factors on the incidence rate of lung cancer, and the leading factors of the incidence of lung cancer in the region. The research conclusions are as follows:First, the incidence of lung cancer in men is higher than that in women, with high-value areas and low-value areas intersecting.Although the incidence of female lung cancer is small in high-value areas, the incidence rate of each region is clearly distributed. The incidence of male lung cancer is high in the central and eastern regions, forming a triangular area in the Yangtze River Delta of East China, the northeast of the southwest, and the middle of the northeast. The areas with high incidence of female lung cancer were distributed in the Northeast and North China in the early stage, and the Yangtze River Delta in East China gradually rose to the high-incidence area in the later stage.Second,in terms of global agglomeration, the incidence of lung cancer in women is higher than that of men, showing a fluctuating upward trend, and the fluctuating peaks and valleys of the agglomeration index are opposite to those of men.In terms of regional agglomeration, male cold and hot spots have a small distribution range and low concentration, while females have a significant distribution and wide range of cold and hot spots, and have a high degree of concentration. The regional differences in the incidence of lung cancer in women are obvious.Third, the influence of geographical environment factors on the incidence of lung cancer in women is higher than that in men.Compared with men, women have more factors that pass the significance test, higher influential values, and more obvious regularity of the spatial distribution of regression coefficients. And with the passage of time, the influence of geographical environment factors on women rises, while the influence on men declines.Among the climatic factors, air pressure is the dominant factor, and the influence of NO2 and O3 is greater in the air quality factors. In terms of spatial differences,East China is an area with a high incidence of male lung cancer. The leading factors include natural geographical factors such as air pressure, temperature, sunny and rainy weather, and O3 in air quality factors. The Northeast and North China areas are areas with a high incidence of female lung cancer, which are the result of the synergistic effects of air pressure, sunny weather,AQI,PM2.5,SO2,NO2,and O3.
