Charsen reservoir is an important large(1)type reservoir in the north of China.The characteristics of water quality in the flood season need to be analyzed.The change of water environment will also affect the microbial community,therefore this time chooses the chaersen reservoir as the research object to carry on the analysis,the result is as follows:TN AND TP in water quality index of Qaersen Reservoir were over standard,and the other indexes were in accordance with Category ? standard of "surface water environmental quality standard" GB3838-2002.There are 1 boundary,58 Phyla,157 classes,399 orders,637 families and 652 Genera in water body and sediment.Microbial diversity was as follows:West entrance>East entrance>export.Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes are abundant at phyla level;Actinobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Bacteroidetes are abundant at phyla level;Betaproteobacteriales,Frankiales,flavobacteria are abundant at order level;Burkholderiaceae,ichthyaceae,flavoteriaceae are abundant at family level;The dominant bacteria in water and sediment are obviously different at genus level.The most abundant species in surface waters are:hgcl-clade,Flavbacterium,CL500-29-marine-grup,Limnohabitans,Rhodoferax.The more abundant genera in the sediment are:Sphingomonas,norank,and Flavbacterium.In the water and sediment samples,the microbial diversity at the west entrance was the highest,and the contents of TN and TP at the West entrance were also the highest,and the West entrance is closer to the outlet,which means the east entrance has less influence on the whole reservoir.The abundance of denitrifying bacteria was higher than that of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing ARCHAEA.The highest diversity of denitrifying bacteria was found in the water quality of the western entrance.The dominant bacteria in water and sediment are similar.The higher abundance bacteria in water and sediment are Azoarcu,deschloomonas and Halomonas.The diversity of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)was the highest at the western entrance of the reservoir.The dominant bacteria in water and sediment are the same.The higher abundance bacteria in surface water and sediment are:Nitrosospira,Nitrosomonas,Nitrosovibri.AMMONIA-OXIDIZING ARCHAEA had the highest biodiversity in Dhn.The dominant bacteria in water and sediment are the same.The higher abundance bacteria in surface water and sediment are:NITRO Sosphaera,Candidatus NITRO SOTENUI.There was little correlation between n content and microbial community composition of functional flora.
