The Xiao Langdi Reservoir one of the most important National Water Conservancy Projects,with a controlled drainage area of 694200 square kilometers,has a significant implication for the industry and agriculture of the cities.The source water of the reservoir coming from the Yellow River has a bad water quality.As an important part of water ecology,microbial always has a special significant for water management and protection.In this paper,the Xiao Langdi Reservoir was selected as the research area and the physicochemical parameters and microbial diversity were selected as the research objects.Based on the correlation between physicochemical parameters and microbial diversity,some important theoretical basis of ecological water environmental protection has been provided.Through the physicochemical parameters and microbial diversity research,several conclusions were deserved.The water quality of the Xiao Langdi Reservoir belongs to level ?(8%)and ?(92%),while the nutritional status classified to medium nutrition(58%)and mild eutrophication(42%),suggesting that the water quality of Xiao Langdi Reservoir was good.The level of bacteria of different sample was quite different.Even the level of bacteria of the same sample in the different times was different.Ammonifying bacteria was significantly higher than that of other kinds of bacteria,while Phosphate solubilizing bacteria and Nitrifying bacteria have a quite low level on bacterial community amounts.According to correlation analysis,water temperature has a better relationship with TP,Chal-a and bacterial numbers than other physicochemical parameters.The patterns of DGGE showed that sample X had a highest level of species abundance(41detected).The PCA Analysis showed that all the samples of Q an d Z have a more obvious clustering tendency,while samples in position X rarely could see that.The results of Illumina Miseq showed that the major species of bacteria were Proteobacteria,Bacterpidetes,Planctomycetes,Actinobacteria,Cyanobacteria,Verrucomicrobia,Chlorobi and some other kinds.Most of the species were possessed by all samples of the 3 position just different of the ratio.Also there were a few species only existed in specific samples.
