Multiphase flow exists in all aspects of our lives,whether it is energy and chemical production,but also in the natural environment.However,the flow of multiphase flow is complicated,and there are still many difficulties to overcome in the study of multiphase flow.,The detection of multiphase flow parameters has a huge effect on our production and life.The emergence of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)has greatly improved human research on multiphase flow.The numerical solution of fluid flow can be calculated through CFD,CFD has become a mature method for studying fluid flow.This article focuses on using the CFD software ANSYS Fluent to simulate the multiphase flow,and will explore the structure of reproducing the density distribution of a certain cross-section of the multiphase flow by learning the MATLAB editing program.So this article will introduce the basic principles of multiphase flow and CFD as well as the basic methods of density measurement,focusing on the new process tomography(PT)method of matrix decomposition,which will be used to reconstruct the interior of the flow field.The density distribution makes the constructed density distribution presented in the form of images.The first step is to use FLUENT to simulate the flow of the flow field and establish a pre-planned flow model.In this case,perform simulation calculations to obtain a database.This database will be used to replace the real database.After the first step is completed,the second step will be performed to perform feature decomposition on a large amount of simulated data.Two different decomposition methods will be used in this article,namely singular value decomposition.(SVD)and non-negative matrix factorization(NMF).These two decomposition methods can effectively extract our useful information from the messy database and we can get the base matrix.When the required base matrix is obtained,the third step of the reconstruction work is to extract some random positions through MATLAB program editing,and read the density information at these positions.After the base matrix is inversely solved,the reconstruction is successful.And the entire density distribution can be restored by extracting a few points.Finally,the real measurement data obtained by building the same experimental platform as the model is used to reconstruct the inverse solution of the basis matrix obtained by SVD decomposition.From the reconstruction imaging results,the mathematical model proposed in this paper has a good reconstruction effect on the reconstruction of multiphase flow density.The innovation of this paper is to propose a mathematical method to reduce the dimensionality of complex multiphase flow calculations,that is,reconstruction can be completed with a small amount of measurement data,and the effect is good,which greatly saves the calculation time required for some complex working conditions.
