Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and Changyang Tujia Autonomous County, mostly mountainous area, located in the southwest of Hubei Province, belong to the subtropical monsoon climate area, where suitable to planting vegetable with plenty of sunshine and rain.In order to use the advantage of resources of these mountainous areas and ensure the sustainable development of mountain vegetables, this preliminary research on the relations among different crops, fertilizers treatment and soil physiochemical properties, microbial diversity and crop yield, crop quality, provided the scientific basis for improving soil conditions and treating acidified soil. The soil p H,total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total bacteria and culturable bacterial community and the relationship between bacterial community and soil physical and chemical factors were analyzed. It was found that the soil p H,TP of different crop planting areas was different significantly. The soil of corn,Lettuce and yam planting land is p H<5.5,which showed as acid soil.Analysis of soil bacterial community ? diversity showed that the total bacterial diversity of maize, lettuce and yam was lower than that of tobacco, cabbage and strawberry, indicating that acid soil could reduce bacterial diversity. The results of bacterial ?diversity showed that,at the OTU level, six crop soils were clustered into two branches, strawberry, cabbage, tobacco plantation that p H>5.5 as one and lettuce, yam, corn plantation that p H>5.5 as the other, indicating that soil bacterial community was related to p H.The soil physicochemical properties, soil enzyme activity during the growth of 3cabbage varieties, which planted by adding urea, compound fertilizer, corn fermented organic fertilizer,Bachu organic fertilizer as base fertilizer,as well as its yield and quality was analyzed. The results showed that different fertilizers had different effects on the growth of cabbage, the cabbage yield with Bachu organic fertilizer and the compound fertilizer was the best, the maximum yield was 89.72% and 59.97% higher than that from CK,respectively.Bachu organic fertilizer could significantly increase the content of available potassium(AK)in Chinese cabbage planting soil. The content of cabbage elements can characterize the nutritional status of cabbage, which is positively related to soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activity, and is affected by the cabbage variety and fertilization type.Fertilization type is the main factor affecting the content of cabbage elements, which could explain16.02% of the difference in the elements content of cabbage. Therefore, the fertilization type is an important factor affecting the growth of cabbage. The total bacterial and fungal communities in the soil of three varieties of cabbage with different fertilization treatments were analyzed using Illumina Mi Seq sequencing technology. The results showed that the response of rhizosphere soil microorganisms in 3 varieties of cabbage adding different fertilizers was different, among which the Bachu organic fertilizer could significantly increase the richness and diversity of rhizosphere soil bacterial community. There was a positive correlation between the Soil bacterial communities, fungal communities and elements content of cabbage. It indicated that the diversity of bacterial and fungal communities played an important role in the growth and quality of cabbage, which may be one of the mechanisms of increasing the yield of cabbage with Bachu organic fertilizer. The most abundant bacterial phyla in the cabbage planting area were Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Chloroflexi,Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes. The abundance of Proteobacteria, which as the most abundant phylum in soil, was negatively correlated with p H.The correlation between the Acidobacteria and p H was not significant due to competition. The most abundant fungal phyla were Ascomycota,Olpidiomycota and Basidiomycota. There was a negative correlation between the abundance of Olpidiomycota and Ascomycota in the rhizosphere soil of cabbage. The results of redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that p H?AP and TC in cabbage planting soil explained the variation degree of soil bacterial and fungal communities to the greatest extent.
