The damage of earthquake to persons is not just the house collapse,which is also accompanied by unpredictable secondary disasters.Due to the destruction of the balance between nature and society,it is easy to cause a series of secondary disasters after the earthquake.This disaster may be much greater than the damage caused by the earthquake itself in both space and time.Among them,fire is one of the main secondary disasters that buildings are facing.Although it is local,it is often devastating.At present,there is no systematic research on the risk of post earthquake fire,and most of them are risk assessments for a certain area.This article comprehensively considers the deformation and energy consumption to analyze the earthquake damage of the building,predicts the probability of secondary fire,and visualize the spread of fire and the evacuation of people under catastrophe.The details and conclusions for each part are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the typical one-parameter and two-parameter model to solve the structural damage,and then selects the Park-Ang damage model which can better describe the structural damage,compiles the Matlab program based on this model,and uses SAP 2000 finite element software to calculate the damage D value of a campus building ‘library' under frequent and rare earthquakes.The corresponding failure grade is basically consistent with the index of interlayer displacement angle,which indicates that this method is feasible.(2)This paper analyzes the activity of earthquakes,building space features,combustible materials features and weather factors on the fire probability of secondary fire.On the basis of urban secondary fire,considering the fuel distribution in buildings with different use functions,a single building fire probability model is established to predict the fire probability of Library under earthquake action.(3)This paper uses the FEMA P-58 evaluation system to predict the earthquake damage of the sprinkler system(sprinklers,water pipelines)in the library's fire protection facilities Then uses Pyrosim to simulate the spread of fire in the two scenarios of partial damage and full damage to the sprinklers after the earthquake,analyze the impact of temperature,harmful gases and visibility in the fire environment on the safe evacuation of personnel,and obtain the ASET for personnel according to the safety evacuation standards.(4)This paper considers that the visibility in the fire environment is the most significant for evacuation,through experiments obtaines the evacuation speeds of people of different genders when the visibility is 100%,30%,9%,2.7%,0%.Then assuming that a fire broke out immediately after the earthquake,the personnel escape visualization can be realized in Pathfinder,and the RSET is obtained.By compared with ASET,offers some pieces of advice to improve the existing safety evacuation problems of buildings.This paper analyzes the damage of "library" in Chenggong campus of Yunnan University under frequent and rare earthquakes,predicts the fire probability based on the damage and the amount of combustible materials in the building,then uses Pyrosim and Pathfinder to realize the visual simulation of fire spread and evacuation.So as to provide reference for the prevention countermeasures of earthquake and secondary fire of typical buildings on campus The establishment of emergency measures provides scientific guidelines.
