| Meta analysis is a method of applying statistical theory to clinical medical research.Through a literature data processing,data are classified and combined for data layer analysis and statistical inference.Through meta-analysis,the data of different studies can be quantitatively analyzed,and the network meta-analysis can be used for direct and indirect comparison.The clinical trial data of similar diseases or different treatmentmethods can be summarized to compare the therapeutic effects of different drugs,and the heterogeneity of different experimental groups can be analyzed.This paper first introduces the theoretical part of this paper,including statistics,heterogeneity test,fixed effect model,random effect model and related network meta-analysis methods,and then makes quantitative and qualitative analysis of Tanezumab and Duloxetine in the treatment of knee arthritis.Among them,the control group was placebo,the experimental group 1 was Tanezumab,and the experimental group 2 was Duloxetine.In this paper,we mainly analyzed the pain relief,functional improvement,adverse reactions and other indicators,and gave the conclusion.The analysis of Tanezumab used subgroup analysis method because of different measurement.Through the data processing and analysis of the above two drugs,a simple network meta-analysis was carried out,and the therapeutic effects of Duloxetine and Tanezumab were quantitatively compared through the network meta-analysis.Methods: Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane Library and web of science databases were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were used in all the included articles.Duloxetine and Tanezumab have good effect in the treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee,which can effectively alleviate pain and enhance knee joint function,and there is no significant difference in adverse events compared with placebo.Duloxetine or Tanezumab can be used in the treatment of patients with traditional treatment but no obvious effect. |
