Objective: To identify the differential expressed miRNAs(DE-miRNAs)of chemo-resistant breast cancer and their target genes.Methods we searched miRNA data from GEO database,and selected GSE73736 and GSE71142.The DE-miRNAs were identified and potential target genes were predicted by Target Scan,Mi RDB,miRWALK and Genecards.And survival analysis,KEGG and GO analysis were performed,The miRNA-gene regulatory network was established.Results The results showed that 27DE-miRNAs were identified,The top 5 DE-miRNAs had the greatest fold change,their target genes were analyzed.We found that the survival analysis of GSK3 B and TP53INP1 were statistically significant.Conclusion 27 DE-miRNAs were identified,5DE-miRNAs and 15 targets were further analyzed.Up-regulation of GSK3 B and TP53INP1 in breast cancer is associated with poor outcome.
