Ultra-narrow linewidth laser is a continuous laser with the most stable frequency and the narrowest linewidth.It uses active feedback frequency stabilization technology to lock the laser frequency to a reference cavity to achieve frequency stabilization.As the core of the frequency stabilization system,the instability of the reference cavity directly affects the output of the narrow linewidth laser,so this article analyzes the impact of the reference cavity vibration,air and temperature,and gives targeted measures to reduce the impact,and The finite element analysis software COMSOL Mutiphysics was used to simulate the influence of environmental temperature changes on the temperature of the reference cavity.The simulation results showed that after measures were taken to reduce the influence of small vibrations and air refraction,passive isolation combined with constant power heat source active temperature control methods were adopted.When the temperature fluctuates in the range of 15?25?,the temperature of the reference cavity will be kept constant at 20?within 1000 hours.Femtosecond optical comb is the key to realize ultra-narrow linewidth laser frequency measurement,to enable more precise control and adjustment of laser,and to extend ultra-narrow linewidth laser to the microwave frequency band as a frequency source.The instability affects the use function and the accuracy of measurement.In this paper,fceolocking circuit and frlocking circuit are designed,and the femtosecond optical comb is successfully locked using the designed locking circuit To the reference laser.After locking,the stability of fceo and fr are 2.3×10-16(1s)and 5.9×10-12(1s),respectively.Then use the locked single and dual femtosecond optical combs to measure the frequency of the laser in the laboratory.Take the measurement result of the High Finesse WS-7 wavelength meter as a control,compare the measured frequency to obtain the error of the dual optical comb measurement result.0.072 for a single unit.
