So far,sound is still the most effective vehicle for transmitting information from the ocean in the distance.As the underwater acoustic communication only means of communication,Can undertake underwater information transfer work that radio communication cannot complete,is widely used in military communication,underwater remote sensing,marine environment monitoring,marine science experiment and the development of military and civil field.Especially in the application of ultra long distance underwater acoustic communication,torpedoes and Naval mines of Remote control telemetry,Remote control UUV and other new military fields,it can change the mode of naval operation in the future.In the process of ultra long distance underwater acoustic communication,a large number of raw acoustic signals need to be recorded during the experiment,so that the results of the test can be analyzed and the characteristics of underwater acoustic signals in different depths can be further studied.Although some underwater acoustic research units have developed underwater acoustic data recording equipment according to their own characteristics of underwater acoustic research,but their versatility is not high enough to meet the application requirements of ultra long range underwater acoustic communication test.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a low-cost,convenient and flexible deep-sea underwater acoustic signal data recorder.In this paper,combined with the actual needs of work,practical application on engineering,using AD8607,MSP430FG4618,SMC1800,MIC-SD card and a depth sensor low-frequency piezoelectric hydrophone device,designed and implemented a set of pressure acquisition of asynchronous self-contained deep-sea acoustic signal recorder.The underwater acoustic recorder has the advantages of small volume,flexible combination,fast cloth release and long time offline collection and save.The paper expounds the design scheme of the hardware and system software of the recorder.Through the sensor data acquisition module,system parameter test,pressure test,underwater acoustic data acquisition module test and sea test,respectively to verify the system power consumption,continuous acquisition time and depth acquisition,low frequency underwater acoustic data acquisition and storage functions,and discusses the test process.This recorder functions performance has reached the expected goals and requirements,but individual part of the performance is not ideal enough,the paper aimed at these deficiencies of recorder,put forward some Suggestions for improvement,laid a certain foundation for further engineering of recorder improvement.
