With the steady progress of various major projects in the Outline of National 14th Five-Year Plan,large-scale topographic maps are playing more and more important roles in project planning and construction,real-time monitoring of natural resources,or emergency response to natural disasters and so on.At present,the traditional topographic map drawing work has encountered problems such as low efficiency,high costs,and large influence by environmental factors,which are difficult to meet the current actual needs of producing.Oblique photogrammetry technology is an emerging aerial photogrammetry technology developed in recent years.This technology can construct high-precision 3D models in a relatively short period of time,aiming at the current problems in the drawing of large-scale topographic maps,this paper proposes to use oblique photogrammetry technology to draw large-scale topographic maps,use the UAV flight platform to implement the technology,and evaluate the quality of the final results.The main contents about this paper are as follows:(1)The main source of errors in the 3D modeling of oblique photography are analyzed theoretically,UAV oblique photography experiment is designed,a iFly-D5 five-lens UAV of HI-TARGET and a consumer-grade single-lens UAV of DJI Phantom 4pro were used for oblique photogrammetry collection of out operation data,and the 3D model of experiment area was constructed on the basis of the Context Capture software,the accuracy of the 3D model is analyzed by details level of model,accuracy of aerial Triangulation,accuracy of 3D reconstruction.The final results of analysis shows that both of UAV flight platforms are used to collect oblique photography data,the accuracy of the 3D model reconstructed by the Context Capture software meets the drawing requirements of 1:500 large-scale topographic maps.(2)Based on the EPS geographic information platform combined with the 3D modeling to draw a large-scale topographic map.The accuracy of the large-scale topographic map was evaluated from four aspects:plane,elevation,length,and area.The accuracy evaluation results show that the accuracy of the large-scale topographic maps which is drew by the 3D modeling based on the EPS geographic information platform meets the requirements of the drawing accuracy of 1:500 topographic map,namely,the EPS geographic information platform combined with the 3D modeling to draw a large-scale topographic map is a new method which is high efficiency,low cost and guaranteed in accuracy.(3)For the fuzzy concept of the final map quality,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combines with max-subjection degree in principle is put forward in quality evaluation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is constructed.The quality evaluation is carried out by combining with both indexes of the 3D modeling quality and topographic map quality.The final results of evaluation show that the quality of the topographic map of the survey area of Anhui University of Science and Technology is excellent grade,and the quality of the topographic map of the survey area of Lijiaxiang is excellent grade.Figure[35]table[31]reference[81]...
