In this paper,a set of process system for thorough water tank clearing is studied,and the key equipment intelligent excavation machine and water tank independent excavation robot are studied,which completely solves the problem of clearing and digging the underground water tank,and strives to realize the coal mine with independent intellectual property rights.The unmanned intelligent treatment system of underground water tanks has realized major changes in the technology and equipment for mine water storage clearing,which has great practical significance and far-reaching social significance for the sustainable development of coal industry in our province and the protection of people's lives and property.Based on the analysis of the size and test data of the coal slime size,the paper analyzes the gravity sedimentation and particle sedimentation law of the coal slurry,and provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the inclined water tank sedimentation tank and the sloping plate settlement device of the excavator;The shortage of the water tank clearing process system and the problems existing in the operation of the supporting equipment,based on the problem of clearing the water tank clearing from the source of the excavation,designed a set of underground water tank clearing process system,and designed the intelligent excavation of key equipment.Machine and water tank self-extracting robot;the core equipment intelligent excavator automatically detects the concentration inside the machine,automatically starts and stops,and directly discharges materials with particles larger than 0.045mm(about 70%-80%of the total material)to the raw coal.The core equipment water tank self-extracting robot,automatic endurance in the water tank,automatic inspection,automatic detection of concentration,automatic pumping of mud,high-level mud pump to produce fine materials with particles less than 0.045mm(about the total material)20%to 30%)directly discharged to the surface water treatment system,completely solved the problem of manual cleaning of the water tank.According to the particle size analysis data and experimental data of underground coal slurry,the theoretical analysis of the gravity sedimentation and particle sedimentation law of coal slime is provided,which provides a theoretical basis for the underground water tank clearing process and key equipment structure design.The core equipment clearing machine feeds the material.The structure,sloping plate settlement device and tank structure were optimized and analyzed,and the transmission part was calculated and verified,which provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of the core equipment.According to the dynamic theory and the theoretical basis of load calculation,Solidworks Simulation finite element analysis software analyzes and optimizes the structure of the feeding device,inclined plate settling device and trough body of the core equipment intelligent excavator,and carries out load calculation and finite element analysis check to ensure the product.Performance,strength and design quality.
