In the field of animal robots,the traditional electrical stimulation is gradually replaced by the emerging optogenetics technology because it is not easy to control the stimulation effect of experimental animals and may cause damage.The early wired laser stimulation system was expensive and complicated,and the wired connection method restricted the range of animal activities.Based on the above problems,this article discusses a dual-channel wireless optical stimulation system.Two optical fiber LED(Light-Emitting Diode)products are implanted in the brain of experimental animals as light sources,using Bluetooth communication technology as a data transmission medium.The relevant parameters of the light stimulation waveform input through the background control program interface,which drives the control terminal on the back of the experimental animal to generate the light stimulation signal,thereby realizing wireless regulation of the behavior of the experimental animal within 20-30 m.The thesis describes the architecture of the wireless light stimulation system in detail,including the front-end control terminal and the back-end control program interface.The design process of the general control system,the booster circuit and the controllable constant current source circuit of the control terminal are introduced in detail.The optical stimulation waveform parameters of the system and the communication protocol format of the front and back ends are defined.The processing logic of the parameter analysis and verification process is designed.The embedded program of the control terminal is written in C language to complete the reception and analysis of the background control program instructions.The back-end control interfaces of the PC and mobile phones were written in C# language and JAVA language,respectively,to achieve wireless connection with the control terminal and programmable adjustment of multiple optical stimulation waveform parameters,including channel selection and optical power selection.Finally,the thesis introduces various tests of wireless light stimulation system and field animal control experiments.The test results show that the output voltage of each part of the control terminal,the reliability of the serial communication,the communication quality of the Bluetooth module,and the optical power output by the control terminal all meet the design requirements.In the animal control experiment,the control effect on the experimental animals has also reached the expectation,and the optogenetics wireless remote control of the animal robot can be achieved.
