Caofeidian Dragon Island is located in the sea area of Caofeidian in the southern part of Tangshan.It is a primitive island in the ocean.The sand is fine,the sea is blue,and the bays and beaches have various twists and turns.The development of coastal tourism has unique advantages.Due to the complex environmental conditions of Long Island,the surrounding water and sea breeze are relatively large,and the sandy soil has neither nutrients nor a certain amount of saline,which is a special type of saline-alkali land.How to improve and utilize these saline-alkali soil resources is of great significance to regional sustainable development and ecological environment.In this study,Long Island saline-alkali soil as the object studied peat field experiment,effects on soil physical properties,soil chemical properties,soil enzyme activities,seedling growth and physiological indices such as the joint application of organic fertilizer,results were as follows:(1)Peat and manure is applied to the improved physical properties of the soil,improving the soil structure,improve soil porosity,water content,reduced soil bulk density,improved water holding capacity of the soil,capillary capacity,field capacity low concentrations of peat and organic manure(C1P1)improvement effect on the soil is weak,shallow soil improvement better than in soil.(2)Low concentrations of peat and organic manure(C1P1)significantly reduces the total salt content,pH,organic matter content of soil and improve nutrient content of nitrogen,P and K,etc.,as the concentration of peat and manure increases,improving effect becomes better,the effect of improving high concentration of peat and organic manure(C2P3)for best soil chemical properties.(3)With the improvement of peat,organic fertilizer concentration,soil urease,protease activity upward trend.Urease peat at high concentration and a high concentration of organic fertilizer(C2P3),the highest protease activity.Joint peat and manure applied more significant effect on improving soil enzyme activities,promote accelerated urea hydrolysis reaction,increased soil protease activity.(4)The improved soil has a significant impact on the survival rate of 28 seedli ngs,and there are also certain differences in the survival rate of seedlings planting and overwintering.There are 6 kinds of seedlings with a total survival rate of m ore than 80%when the seedlings are planted:Cypress(100%),Jiaodong Euonymus(97%),Water Wax Ball(90%),Purple Leaf Plum(85%),Tamarix(82%),Elaeagn us angustifolia(80%);there are 7 kinds of seedlings with a survival rate of 100%,which are:white wax,amorpha,juniper,dragon cypress,black pine,serrata The o verwintering survival rate of,Du Li,Baiyu,Jiaodong Euonymus,Astragalus sativa and Xiaoyepu can reach more than 80%,The total survival rate of seedlings under differenttreatments was:C2P3(61.4%)>C1P3(53.5%)>C1P2(52.0%)>C2P1(47.6%)>C2P2(44.6%)>C1P1(43.0%).Peat and organic fertilizer have a significant impact on the ann ual growth of seedling branches.The annual growth of seedling branches in differe nt treatments shows an upward trend with the increase of the concentration of peat and organic fertilizer.Most of the seedlings are treated with high-concentration pe at and organic fertilizer(C1P3 and C2P3)The annual growth of the lower branches is the largest,and the effect of peat on the annual growth of the branches is bett er than that of organic fertilizer.(5)Combined application of peat and manure can be reduced relative to the conductivity seedings,malondialdehyde content,decrease the membrane permeability of the cells,enhance the ability of controlled substances out of the cell,improve the degree of plasma membrane damage.The effect of peat on the relative conductivity of leaves is more significant than that of organic fertilizer.(6)Peat and manure can be applied jointly Seedilings of SOD enzyme,POD enzyme,CAT activity at low concentrations of peat and organic manure(C1P1)the SOD enzyme,POD enzyme,CAT activities were low,as peat,increase the concentration of organic fertilizer,SOD enzyme,POD enzyme,CAT activity showed an upward trend,SOD enzyme,POD enzyme,CAT activities were higher at high concentrations(C1P3 and C2P3),effective removal of the cellular metabolic processes produced superoxide and hydrogen peroxide,so that seedlings from reactive oxygen damage.(7)The soil conditioner is applied to improve the content of metabolites blade,at low concentrations of peat and organic manure(C1P1)leaves the soluble protein,low chlorophyll content,with increasing modifier concentration in leaves metabolites content rise,higher at high concentrations of peat and organic manure(C2P3)metabolite content,peat and manure promoting effect on seedling growth significantly compared.(8)Evaluation by the principal component analysis of the effect of improving apparent Coastal Saline,C2P3 processing the highest score,the best improvement,followed C1P3,peat comprehensive evaluation of the effect of improving impact score greater effect on the improvement of better organic manure Coastal Saline.
