The study of gene sequence has always been related to the development of human beings.The "natural selection,survival of the fittest,survival of the fittest" in Yan Fu's translation of "theory of evolution of nature" well explains the struggle between species and nature.From the 20 th century to the 21 st century,several kinds of coronaviruses have different gene sequences.The novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)outbreak in many countries in the world from 2019 to 2020 caused millions of people to be infected.The outbreak of coronavirus caused serious damage to the country's manpower and material resources.The novel coronavirus belongs to RNA virus.In order to adapt to the survival,RNA virus mutation is very common in nature.Therefore,it is difficult to develop its vaccine.It is found that the gene sequence of each influenza virus outbreak is different from that of the previous one.The novel coronavirus sequence has changed in the course of evolution,but a similar base distribution has been found in the mutation.It is allow all doubt whether the study of the coronavirus sequence or the new coronavirus gene sequence is done.Coronavirus is a great threat to human beings,so it is necessary to study the gene sequence of coronavirus for human life and health.In the 1960s,human coronavirus was first discovered.Among the coronaviruses that cause human diseases,there have been many examples of developing a cure for the disease by analyzing the gene sequence of the virus.The development of technology novel coronavirus data is very fast.Until the outbreak of the new coronavirus,the data in the database is constantly updated.Direct observation of a large number of data is not conducive to our analysis.After the gene sequence information is transformed into image information with the help of visualization method,we can use very mature image processing technology to analyze the gene sequence information.Dealing with different gene sequences and using appropriate visualization methods can help to find out the relationship between gene sequences and show the base distribution characteristics of gene sequences.In this paper,the visualization method of dealing with coronavirus gene data is based on the idea of variable value logic and statistics.Firstly,the gene sequence is segmented intocorresponding numerical transformations,then the base number of each segment is counted,and the corresponding probability is calculated;secondly,the probability is transformed into polar coordinates,and then the polar coordinates are mapped into a matrix by using grama like matrix,then the one-dimensional sequence can be processed into two-dimensional sequence At last,the results are analyzed.
