Since its birth, quantum mechanics has been full of various doubts and controversies, and it has not been well solved up to now.The debate between Einstein School(Einstein,Schr? Dinger,de Broglie, etc.)and Copenhagen School(Bohr,Heisenberg, born, etc.)lasted for 30 years. On the surface,it is about the theoretical issues of quantum mechanics, but behind it are the profound metaphysical and epistemological issues. The debate between the two schools is manifested in the incompatibility between relativity and quantum mechanics in Physics(the theory of quantum gravity has not been established yet),and in metaphysics as the incompatibility between materialism and idealism.Quantum mechanics theory and "solipsism" and "mysticism"(for example,Japanese physicist"Jia Lai Daoxiong" holds his head high and enjoys his book's pride in becoming a bestseller, while trying to study telepathy, ideation and teleportation over and over again "[David kaize,Li Yuehua.Hippies saved physics: mind reading,Zen and quantum.Changsha [M] Hunan Science and Technology Press,2014,P.287.)is always entangled, which makes quantum mechanics very mysterious and makes people curious about it.The formal debate between the two parties started from the fifth Solvay conference until Einstein's death. In the appendix part of the paper, the self consistency and completeness of quantum mechanics theory and the different philosophic beliefs of Einstein and Bohr are used to sort out the debate process of the two schools, and the reason why Bell inequality can not be used as a criterion is discussed. On this basis, the philosophical problems in the debate between Einstein School and Copenhagen school are discussed in depth.Philosophical problems mainly include: determinism and statistics, different views of reality, different metaphysics and epistemology. On the basis of further consideration of these philosophical problems, the philosophical significance of the debate is pointed out.The first is to demonstrate the end of determinism(Chapter one),and then demonstrate how physics moves towards relativism(Chapter Two).Through the in-depth analysis of metaphysics and epistemology, the final "form" of metaphysics is attributed to "nothing",and epistemology to logic(Chapter three). The fourth chapter first points out the limitations of Einstein and Bohr's philosophy. One of Einstein's limitations is that he confused two different levels of "metaphysics" and "phenomenon",the other is that he lacked in-depth understanding of "uncertainty" beyond the scope of reason. One of Bohr's limitations is that he did not question the "reality" before "measurement",and the other is that he did not reflect on "formal logic" through "complementary principle".In this way, there are two levels: none, one and two."Nothing" appears in the comprehension of "surprise" and "fear"."One" is understood as "Ether"(different from Newton's "Ether")."Two" is understood as the relationship between "one" and "thing"(from the point of view of modern physics, symmetry breaking and symmetry generation)and the "dialectical logic" used to describe "thing".At the end of the fourth chapter,on the basis of questioning the problems existing in the formal logic, mathematics, experiment, induction and deduction of the "old paradigm" of physics, the two levels of philosophy of "one" and "two" are unified, forming a "new paradigm" of physics, which is quite different from the "old paradigm" of physics. This "new paradigm" of physics is connected with Einstein's "grand unified theory",which can guide the development of physics itself.
