In this paper,Stenotrophomonas sp a strain of oligotrophic monocytogenes is screened.The physiological and biochemical properties of the strain and the tolerance of antibiotics are studied.The effects of different factors on the degradation of COD in simulated and actual wastewater are measured.The degradation conditions were optimized by orthogonal test,and the removal rates of COD in simulated and actual wastewater are measured.The results show that:1 Strain is an aerobic gram-negative bacterium,which can produce acid by oxidation fermentation of glucose,can not denitrify,hydrolyze cellulose,produce hydrogen sulfide,can utilize citrate,sucrose,starch,etc.,can hydrolyze starch and hydrogen peroxide.Beef extract and glucose are the best carbon sources,peptone and yeast extract are the best nitrogen sources,and the best concentration of Na Cl was 3.0g/L.2 The strains has good tolerance to many kinds of antibiotics.When the concentrations of ofloxacin,trimethoprim,tetracycline,polymyxin,erythromycin,chloramphenicol,streptomycin,lincomycin,cefothiphene sodium and amoxicillin are 100 mg / L,the strains could still grow.3 In the simulated wastewater,the removal rate of COD was 56.70%when the single factor conditions are treatment time 3 days,concentration of bacteria solution 4 m L / 100 m L,temperature 35 ?,initial p H value of wastewater 7.5,rotating speed of shaking table 160 r / min,respectively.In the actual wastewater,the removal rate of COD was 66.20% when the single factor conditions were time 3 days,concentration of bacteria solution 2m L / 100 m L,temperature 35 ?,initial p H value of wastewater 7.5,rotating speed of shaking table 160 r / min,respectively.In the simulated and actual wastewater,the COD degradation conditions optimized by orthogonal experiment are: time 5 days,bacterial concentration 2 m L / 100 m L,temperature 35 ?,initial p H value of wastewater 7.5.4 With the increase of antibiotic concentration in simulated wastewater and actual wastewater,the COD degradation ability of the strain decreased.In the simulated wastewater,when the concentration of erythromycin is 1mg / L,the removal rate of COD is 52.21%,when the concentration of chloramphenicol is 100 mg / L,the removal rate of COD is 27.05%,when the concentration of other antibiotics is 1-100 mg / L,the removal rate of COD is between the two.In the actual wastewater,when the concentration of erythromycin is 1mg / L,the removal rate of COD is 62.24%,the concentration of chloramphenicol is 100 mg / L,the removal rate of COD is 27.01%.When theconcentration of other antibiotics is 1-100 mg / L,the removal rate of COD is between the two.
