Antibiotics are widely used in our daily life, but it also caused a series of problems, and the problems have draw the attention of many researchers. Now the misuse of antibiotic causes the adapt ability of pathogene enhance, the study of this problem has made great progress. in the medicine, the study of antibiotic is a challenging research subject. The work mainly focused on the study of interaction between bacteria and drug-resistant bacteria. This article mainly discusses the positivity, Boundedness, the stability of the Solution.The first section is introduction, in which we present research background, purpose and significance of the antibiotic resistance of bacteria, given the model of antibioticresistant bacteria research present situation and the results, Finally the organization of this paper is presented.In Section 2, for the convenience of discussion, we give some preliminary knowledge.In Section 3, we mainly discussed the positively!boundedness and stability of the model. By using the method of Lyapunov function, we get the su?cient conditions for the global asymptotic stability of system.In Section 4, we discussed the local stability and global stability of the model. Meanwhile, we discussed the stability of the conclusion by the establishment of appropriate lyapunov function.
