With the construction and development of the navy,there are more and more saturation diving operations in the ocean.As a key technology suitable for humans to directly enter a large depth for long-term underwater operations,saturation diving is highly valued by countries around the world.Saturated diving system is mainly composed of deck pressurized cabin,submerged pressurized cabin(diving bell),diving bell lifting system,life support system and central control room.When performing saturation diving operations,lift the diving bell from the working mother ship deck to the sea surface,and then lift the diving bell carrying the diver to the predetermined working depth.In the process of lifting the diving bell,because the diving bell is subjected to very complicated forces during the dive,in addition to the gravity in the water,there are also fluid resistance,inertial force and impact load.In order to ensure the safety of the divers in the bell,the diving bell needs to be effectively controlled at all times.Therefore,the operator needs to accurately and skillfully master all the operation procedures of the diving bell lifting system.In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of saturation diving operations,reduce training costs,and improve the true feelings of the trainees,it’s urgently for China to develop a three-dimensional visualization simulation training system for diving bell of saturation diving.This article is aimed at diving bell of saturated diving lifting system.Firstly,it analyzes the operating principle,working process and operation requirements of diving bell lifting system,and completes the design of standard training procedure for diving bell lifting.Secondly,it analyzes the functional requirements of the diving bell suspension simulation training system,divides the system functions into reasonable modules,and completes the overall functions design of the system.Thirdly,in the system design,the hardware and software combined with the semi-physical simulation mode are used to design a console that is consistent with the actual system,and the system hardware as well as software are developed to realize the system functions.The signal acquisition and processing software is developed based on Siemens PLC to implement the functions of signal acquisition and output signal processing for underlying panel equipment.Based on the VS2015 development environment,the C # language was used to develop the client software for the simulation training system of diving bells,which integrates functions such as initialization,communication,data processing,evaluation and scoring,human-computer interaction,and 3D simulation drive,and the functional modules such as student performance management,training project management and three-dimensional simultaneous display of central control system software are also developed.Based on the Unity3 D development engine,3D visualization technology is used to display various simulated operating conditions.Based on SQL Server,the database system software was developed to realize the input and query function of training information for trainee.In addition,the key algorithms such as the system’s communication scheduling algorithm,assessment scoring algorithm and synchronous display management algorithm were researched and developed;for the development efficiency and stability of system software,study and research the software development architecture,development model and development technology to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system and provide support and guarantee for the training of diving lifting system.Finally,before the system is officially put into use,it will be integrated and tested.The test results meet the expected design,which will provide beneficial support and safety guarantee for the simulation training of the diving bell lifting,as well as provide a certain reference value for the research,training,promotion and application of saturation diving technology.
