Abstract/Summary:
Saturated diving is the only way for divers to be exposed directly to high pressure and suitable for deep and long underwater operations.It is the key technology for human beings to enter deep water directly.It is also the high and new technology that the world’s maritime military powers compete to research and develop equipment.It has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.In recent years,saturated diving is more and more widely used in underwater rescue,marine resources development and other fields.In view of the high risk of saturated diving,in order to perform diving safely and effectively,operators must maintain long-term training,and be familiar with the diving pressure and decompression process and operation panel layout.However,the structure of saturated diving equipment is complex,the cost is high,and the safety of personnel can not be fully guaranteed during practical training.China urgently needs to develop a saturated diving air source and deck compression chamber simulation training system to meet the training needs of divers.Based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC,SQL Server database and C# language,this paper develops a saturated diving air source and accommodation simulation training system with Client/Server structure.Firstly,according to the environmental characteristics of the living cabin,a set of mathematical model of cabin pressure control is established.Through the modification of electronic devices,cabin pressure control of circuit analog air circuit is realized.According to different working conditions,combined with diving physiology and medicine,the standard operating process of air source and accommodation cabin was designed.Secondly,the system’s composition and function are designed,and the layout of each control desk is designed.PLC,touch screen,sensor and meter valve are selected and configured.Thirdly,based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC,the program of signal acquisition and processing,network communication,pressure calculation and simulation is developed.Fourthly,the interface software,scoring algorithm,initialization checking algorithm,communication module and three-dimensional animation display software are compiled based on C# language.The background database management software is designed and developed based on SQL Server 2008,which realizes the functions of student login,operation information input and storage,query history training results and so on.Finally,the whole system is debugged,and the functions of the simulation training system of saturated diving air source and living cabin are tested.The system works stably.As the first simulation training system designed for saturated diving gas source and living cabin in China,the system can set up various training items according to different working conditions,release training items remotely,display the operation status of the trainees in real time,give evaluation results after each training,and improve the learning quality of the trainees by comparing the recorded historical data,so as to achieve the training purpose.It improves the proficiency of divers and operators to the system,helps to ensure the safety of divers,and provides a reference direction for the future development of automatic control of saturated diving air source and cabin operation.
