Going to the sea is the only way to develop a maritime power,but the shortage of energy and materials in the sea,high cost of long-distance transportation and unguaranteed quality restrict the development of China's exploration and development of Marine resources under certain conditions.Therefore,it is urgent to integrate the existing Marine science and technology forces,promote the development of China's deep Marine science and technology,and provide perfect scientific and technological equipment support for the national Marine development strategy through demonstration and application research of Marine comprehensive support equipment.To solve above problems,this paper designed a new type of submerged floating offshore platform,the platform design,concept design,structural design and working condition of the establishment of a new type of submerged floating offshore finite element model,according to various conditions for the strength calculation and checking,and on the basis of the original design to the structure of multi-objective optimization design was carried out,ensure the rationality of the structure,the comprehensive Marine safeguard equipment design for the future research provides a certain reference.First of all,after investigating the data of offshore platforms and submersible floating structures at home and abroad,based on the structure and working principle of various Marine structures,combined with the requirements for the functions of the comprehensive Marine support platform,the conceptual design and structural design of the new submersible floating offshore platform are carried out in this paper.Secondly,according to the working principle of the new submersible floating offshore platform,four working stages are designed.Each working stage corresponds to several working conditions.The four working stages are introduced and analyzed.Thirdly,because there is no mother ship in this paper,after comprehensive consideration,the finite element method is used to analyze and calculate the strength of the ship.According to the structure and material parameters of the new submarine floating offshore platform,the finite element model of the new submarine floating offshore platform is established and the strength of the platform structure is analyzed.According to different working conditions,the finite element model is applied with corresponding boundary conditions and loads.Finally,the calculation results are analyzed and the strength of the platform is checked to ensure that the strength of the structure meets the requirements.Finally,the new model of the submerged floating offshore import ISIGHT platform,DOE test analysis,structure analysis of various factors on the quality and contribution degree of displacement and the initial setting of the optimized design,the minimum platform displacement of the lightest and quality as the objective function,the NSGA-II algorithm for the new type of submerged floating offshore platform for multi-objective optimization design.The new submersible floating offshore platform designed in this paper can provide energy and material support for the development and operation of the ocean.The strength meets the requirements,the construction difficulty is small,the construction cost is low,and the platform has certain engineering value.
