With the rapid development of society,the consumption of traditional energy is increasing day by day.Marine energy,as a kind of renewable and clean energy with great energy content,is an important field for future energy research and development.Among the Marine energy,wind and wave energy have become the key development projects in the world due to their large reserves and high quality of resources.There are few Wind and wave energy resources in Chinese offshore areas,which are limited in areas and easy to have an impact on the surrounding environment and residents.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for the future development of Marine energy to promote the transformation of the proportion of national energy and promote the utilization of Marine energy into the deep seaThe aim of this paper is to design a platform,which is equipped with wind turbines and wave energy conversion.First,based on the WindFloat platform-5MW,a semi-submersible floating platform is designed according to the code for classification of offshore mobile platforms.Then,each generation structure of floating platform is analyzed separately.The load of the wind turbine is based on the load data of the existing 5MW wind turbine.As the analysis subject of power generation device,the number and distribution form of WEC are determined based on the parameters of natural science foundation.In this paper,the shape of float is mainly analyzed to obtain the optimal float shape without changing the volume of drainage.The shape of the wave energy float was optimized by the method of viscous correction and CFD,and the optimal shape and size of the float was obtained.Then the total power generation of WEC was estimated by combining with the wave resources in a certain sea area.Based on the overall parameters of the platform,the PTO structure of the wave energy device is designed,and then based on the boundary element method of potential flow theory,the platform is analyzed in frequency domain.According to the actual sea conditions of the selected site,the hydrodynamic coefficient of the platform is obtained.Wind and current loads are calculated based on the sea conditions obtained from the data.Combined mooring with elastic cable and pure anchor chain mooring are used as mooring systems respectively.The platform was analyzed in time domain through AQWA.According to the movement amplitude of the platform and the mooring force in operation condition and self-storage condition.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two mooring arrangements.In addition,the possible damages should also be considered.In the case of disconnecting a mooring,check whether the mooring forces of the platform meet the safety factor of the specification.This paper can provide a design concept for ofshore Marine energy comprehensive utilization system,provide a design idea for semi-submersible wind wave combined power generation platform,and provide a reference for the construction of offshore energy comprehensive utilization platform in the future.
