Microbial resources and microbial big data are important national strategic resources.Open sharing of microbial resources and data is of great significance for the development and utilization of microbial resources.However,the current microbial big data mining platform is very inadequate.There are problems such as insufficient in-depth data analysis and insufficient detailed display of results.How to dig out the intricate relationships between microbial populations and how to show the discovered rules and potential possibilities to users in multiple dimensions is a problem that many systems are trying to solve.The microbial ecosystem omics customer application system(hereinafter referred to as the "System")described in this article is to solve these problems.The system is mainly targeted at researchers in the field of microorganisms and metagenomics.It has a variety of analysis methods,and is efficient,intuitive,and easy to operate.It can import,search,analyze,mine,and combine metagenomic data to meet the needs of researchers in actual research.After analyzing the requirements of the system including feasibility analysis,according to its content,the system architecture and modules are carefully designed.Development of traditional customer application website do not strictly distinguish the front-end and back-end,resulting in unclear architecture design,unreasonable functional division,and difficult to use interface interactions.However,more popular and advanced approach is the front-end separation technology.The front-end only needs to focus on page layout,Interact with data presentation without having to deal with complex data logic,etc.In the context of front-end separation,front-end engineering technology and modular reuse are adopted,and the VueJS framework is used as the main technology stack,and d3 and Echarts are used as auxiliary visualization tools to achieve the system.Finally,test the functional modules and non-functional aspects of this system.The test results show that the system can run normally and meet expectations,ensure the stable operation of the system,summarize the work of this paper,and look forward to the future.
