As another capital site of the Rui state during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, the Liujiawa site contains more complex cultural factors than the Earlier site of Liangdai village. It plays an inestimable role in discussing the social structure, political pattern, employment pattern, population change and the relationship between man and land in the later period of rui guo.At present, there are 4 tombs in the site, including three in the East and one in the West.In West to East?area and after fully explore the grave, tomb shape, the burial custom and unearthed relics are showed obvious social class differences and special cultural factors. In this paper, under the guidance of the concept of biological archeology,East of collected from Liujia depression site ? cemetery,43 cases of demography, ancient pathology, skull bone morphology, racial typology, stable isotope analysis and ethnic composition analysis research.Taking the study of human bones in Liujiawa formation as the starting point, this paper systematically analyzed the phylogenetic origin and flow direction of the ancient inhabitants of Liujiawa formation from two aspects of time and space by combing the materials of the main RACES and RACES in the Northern region during the Pre-qin period. In addition, from the two aspects of cultural and physical characteristics, this paper tries to explore the phylogenetic components of this group. The population structure of Liujiawa site is seriously unbalanced, and the ratio of male to female is 0.25 to 1.The age of death was mostly in Middle age, followed by youth and prime age,and finally in old age.In addition,no juvenile individuals under15 years old were found in this group.C,N stable isotope analysis and dental caries rate showed that the mode of production in this population was dominated by developed agriculture, supplemented by animal husbandry. In terms of the manifestations of other oral and skeletal diseases, the residents of Liujiawa group were more similar to those living in a complex socio-economic model and those of higher social class.Racial typology and species composition analysis shows that "The type of ancient central plains" in the Middle reaches of the Yellow River in liujia depression group genetic contribution is the largest, although the lius depression people associated with the same period within the region of the Zhou,Qin and South-central Shanxi, people have different degree of communication and interaction, but ultimately the crowds on the physical characteristics of generality,in the Middle reaches of the Yellow River are mainly comes from the neolithic aboriginal inheritance.Secondly,"Ancient North China type" human gene also has a large contribution to the composition of the species line of Liujiawa population, which mainly comes from the exchange and integration with the Rongdi and the Northern Great Wall area indigenous population. In addition, the broadside pattern of Liujiawa population, which is similar to that of modern Mongolian people in North Asia or northeast Asia, should also be influenced by the genes of Northern nomads. Finally, due to geotropism or other factors, the "paleonorthwest type" species in the upper reaches of the Yellow River also played a role in promoting the formation of Liujiawa species characteristics.
