The hydro-generator sets can generate electricity stably by using the tidal current energy and have higher requirements on the flow direction and flow rate of the tidal current,so it is necessary to ensure that the hydro-generator sets can be reliably fixed in the predetermined position at sea.The appearance of tidal power generation platform provides reliable support for offshore power generation of hydro-generator.The structure of the platform is diversified and constantly improved.The appearance of floating power flow generation platform makes it possible to maintain the hydro-turbine generator set on site,which solves the problem of regular plant repair for the entire power generation platform,greatly extends the service life of the entire platform and reduces the operation cost.It is of great practical significance for the promotion and application of power flow generation.At the same time,the floating platform is further solved the survival problem of the power generation platform under severe sea conditions by anchoring with cables.It has the ability of emergency avoidance under extremely severe sea conditions and enhanced the self-survival and continuous working ability of the platform.In order to improve the power generation efficiency of tidal power generation platforms,they are usually located in the sea areas with large flow rates and poor sea conditions,which puts forward very demanding requirements for the Marine transportation and installation of the platforms,often requiring the investment of large special ships,limited duration and high cost.This paper studies the offshore installation method of tidal power generation platform.The main work of this paper is as follows:The complete stability and damage stability of the platform are calculated,which proves the feasibility of safe towing of the platform,and solves the problems of difficult coordination and high cost for large crane vessels and semi-submersible barge.Through the calculation of towing resistance,the selection of tug is determined to ensure the safety of towing.Based on the designed anchoring scheme,the installation sequence and method of anchor chain and elastic cable are optimized by calculating the drag resistance of the mooring system on the seabed,and the connection and installation of the platform and anchor block are transferred from the seabed to the platform to ensure the construction safety and improve the efficiency.In combination with the mechanism form of turbine blade,the method of blade transportation and installation is optimized,and the platform slip hoisting device and blade deflection prevention device are designed to realize the offshore installation and disassembly of blades,which are featured by high safety,strong operability and convenient construction.Carry on the safety risk analysis identification to the optimized construction method,formulate the technical control measure accordingly;The economic effect of the optimized construction method is analyzed and verified.
