Water turbine is the key component of power flow power generation device,which has an important influence on the performance of the whole power generation device.The blade is the most critical link in the power generation device.The blade is impacted by water flow to generate lift and drive the turbine to work.The geometric accuracy of blade has great influence on the power output characteristics of impeller,but there is no perfect standard and specification to measure the contour accuracy of blade.Based on the project of “Wave energy generation technology,ocean energy and seawater desalination coupling technology”,the project researches the dimensional accuracy of tidal energy generators.Firstly,the influence of blade shape error on blade dynamic characteristics is analyzed to determine the measurement accuracy require elements of the blade.The geometric accuracy of the blade is measured by the template method.The sample is subjected to force analysis to determine the number of samples and the measurement position.Then the blade measurement is designed according to the measurement requirements.The device and the fixture are finally manufactured according to the requirements of the project to verify the measurement method.This topic selects the research direction of the horizontal axis tidal energy blade geometry measurement method,analyzes and solves the key technical problems in the measurement process,and lays a technical foundation for the development of measurement technical regulations.The main research results and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The influence of different regions of the airfoil on the hydrodynamic performance of the airfoil is analyzed,and the region that has the greatest influence on the hydrodynamic performance of the airfoil is determined,which should be paid special attention to in the measurement process;(2)Based on the leaf element momentum theory,the influence of different positions in the blade growth direction on the hydrodynamic performance of the blade was analyzed.The model was used to simulate the sample vane of the power flow generator,and the maximum stress area along the blade length was calculated.In the subsequent measurement process,the sampling points were encrypted to ensure the measurement accuracy.(3)Mapping different coordinate systems to the same coordinate system and fitting the leaf shape by interpolation.
