Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has made amazing achievements.In the whole production system,the status of man as a generative factor is more and more obvious.However,the study found that the poor working posture of front-line workers in the workshop,the vibration caused by the use of machines and the noise of the environment can increase the operator's body load from different aspects,and lead to the long-term accumulation of occupational diseases.If fatigue exceeds the body load,it can lead to operational accidents,resulting in casualties.Therefore,in order to avoid the occurrence of dangerous accidents,it is necessary to use accurate and reliable evaluation methods and experimental measurement tools to study and evaluate the human fatigue of workshop operators.This paper starts from the physical fatigue of oil pot assembly workers in the workshop.The main contents of the study are as follows:On the basis of the principle of people for engineering and statistics analysis in oil can assembly station what are the factors that lead to fatigue,will establish oil can assembly operation of human body fatigue index system,establish the oil can assembly work of the human body fatigue evaluation procedure,using the method of questionnaire,conversation and RULA on fatigue of the qualitative evaluation index system,then using entropy value method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to quantitative evaluation,proposed oil can assemble a quantitative model for human fatigue,and to quantify the oil can assembly calculation,find out the fatigue impact factor.According to the research of human factor engineering and engineering psychology,it is necessary to measure the noise exposure dose and noise spectrum for the noise physical parameters of oil pot assembly operation,and then analyze and compare with the current occupational health standards in China.Noise is reduced by controlling sound source,sound insulation,sound absorption and personal protective equipment worn by employees.Using DELMIA to simulation of the employee's job position,reoccupy MTM measure standard work time and Ergonomic Tool for oil can assembly station employees pose occupational disease risk level assessment of homework,judge whether the operation of the employees are at risk of occupational disease,job position on tooling for design improvement and experimental analysis,identify the best staff job position.This study has theoretical value and practical significance for the workers' working posture in the workshop,the impact of noise on manual work,the reduction of work fatigue,the prevention and reduction of occupational diseases,and the improvement of the workers'occupational health.
