By using the passive design concept,the emergency power supply don't need to be provided by AC power distribution system in the passive nuclear power plant.So the AC power system become non-safety related system in passive nuclear power plant.For this non-safety related system,the PSA is not a powerful and useful method to find its limitations.The AC power distribution system in nuclear island feeds lot of important loads,which failure may cause reactor shutdown or prolong the unit shutdown.Therefore,the reliability of AC power system is still important to power production,and it is necessary to find a method to analyze and improve it.So as to meet the requirement of the design goal for plant availability.This paper carried out the following work:(1)Based on the reliability evaluation principle and method of the traditional power distribution system,this paper determines the reliability evaluation index at the point of view of the effect of load failure on the power production of the whole power plant.The reliability evaluation index is defined as ECOST',which is,the loss index caused by plant shutdown.Then establish the reliability calculation method and evaluation process.(2)According to the assessment objectives,determining the principle of power production reliability classification of the loads.By using FMEA analysis method,the reliability-critical loads,which failure results in plant forced outage is selected.Based on this,establish the NI ECS power distribution system network diagram related to power production reliability.(3)Through the typical case analysis,establish the principle of simplification of system modeling.Then establish the reliability block diagram,by using mini-path and mini-cut method,establish the power distribution system reliability model and calculate the reliability data.Then based on the three improvement analysis,determined the system improve proposal.In addition,through analysis of the importance and sensitivity of the components,it clarifies the reliability index of the key components,which will help to guide equipment procurement and on-site operation and maintenance.
