For the needs of ecological civilization and the construction of mountain and forest lakes,as well as the numerous and scattered towns in the world,sludge composting can provide an effective treatment for the dispersed sludge produced in small-scale wastewater treatment plants.Inoculation of exogenous agents can enhance compost,improve compost efficiency and shorten composting cycle.In this study,and the sludge is taken as the raw material of composting,through the simulation compost method,it is proposed to separate and develop a kind of microbial agent which can effectively degrade sludge organic matter and shorten the composting cycle.Small sludge composting was carried out under laboratory conditions to optimize the inoculation amount of the microbial agent in compost and analyze the influence of different inoculation amount on composting maturity.The main research results are as follows:(1)Sludge used as the separation medium,12 strains were isolated from bacterial source samples.Through the simulated sludge compost test,4 strains of high rate of degradation of organic matter were screened,which were G1,T1,T2 and W4,respectively.When the four strains were combined in the same ratio,the degradation rate of organic matter and water content of sludge were the best.(2)Through strain identification,all of four stains were identified as genus Bacillus.By measuring the growth condition of the strains,the optimal growth curve of the strains was drawn,and it analyzed the best inoculation point to prepare the microbial agent.(3)3%,5% and 10% of the homemade microbial agents were added into the pile body,and the blank group without the antibacterial agent was used as the control group to carry out the 21 d composting test.The results showed that adding microbial agents could not only increase the heating rate of the pile body,increase the maximum temperature and prolong the high temperature time,but also it could rapidly decompose the organic matter,reduce the water content and the toxicity of the pile body,keep the nitrogen content of the pile body and finally shorten the compost cycl and maintain the body fertilizer.Among the pile bodies,indicators of the pile with 3% inoculants dosage were the best,which the highest temperature increased 10?;high temperature duration prolonged 3d;germination index increased 182.8%;nitrogen content increased by 12.2 times;compost cycle shortened 6d.Inoculation of self-bacteriocides into sludge compost as exogenous bacteriocin effectively improves the compost effect and it has potential application in sludge compost.In addition,the optimal operating parameters of composting group could provide reference for the design of small composting reactor.
