Petrochemical companies are developing rapidly, and various oil sludges are produced during the oil extraction and refining process, which poses a serious threat to the ecological environment. The biological method has the advantages of good effect, simple operation, low cost and no secondary pollution. It is a reliable pollution remediation technology and has gradually become a research hotspot for oily sludge treatment. However, due to the complex composition of the pollutants and the large differences in the pollution components of the oil sludge,it is of great significance to research and develop relevant bacterial agents for the harmless oil sludge. The research group obtained 7 strains of oleophilic bacteria in the early stage. On this basis, this paper first analyzed the composition of the tested sludge and extracted pollutants.By studying the degradation ability of single or compound bacteria on pollutants in tank bottom sludge, floor sludge, waxy sludge, etc.under liquid phase experimental conditions, the bacterial agent was studied, and the degradation conditions were studied to obtain the following results:?1?The screening results of single excellent bacteria for treating pollutants in various oil sludges are: the removal effect of FF bacteria,T1 bacteria,T2 bacteria,NYGH bacteria and other oil sludge on the ground in northern Shaanxi is high, and the degradation rate is over 83% in 7 days;Tank sludge,T1 bacteria,T2 bacteria and NYGH bacteria have good effect, the removal rate of 7d is more than 81%;the bottom oil sludge in northern Shaanxi,FF bacteria,T2 bacteria,NYGH bacteria,NYGB bacteria are high, and the degradation rate of 7d is more than 77 %.?2?The optimized results of the compounding of excellent bacteria in the pollutants in each oil sludge are: NYGH bacteria: T2 bacteria = 1:1?named as bacterial agent A18?.The oil sludge showed a good degradation effect, and the 5d hydrocarbon degradation rate exceeded 91%.FF bacteria: T2 bacteria=3:7 compound?named as fungus agent C15?can also efficiently treat hydrocarbons in the bottom oil sludge in northern Shaanxi. The degradation rate of hydrocarbons in 5d reaches 95.56%.FF bacteria: NY3 bacteria=1:9?named as D2 bacteria agent?has the best treatment effect on waxy sludge in northern Shaanxi, with a hydrocarbon removal rate of 98.02% in 7 days.?3?NH4NO3 is the best N source for the treatment of waxy oil sludge in northern Shaanxi with fungus D2.Adding Rha by adding NY3 fungus fermentation broth?Rha concentration of 200m/L?can significantly improve the treatment effect of D2 fungus. The Rha concentration of 100 mg/L also promotes the efficiency of the bacterial agent A18 in the treatment of coastal clear tank sludge, northern Shaanxi sludge and northern Shaanxi tank sludge.?4?The amount of inoculation has a significant effect on the degradation efficiency of fungi.Inoculation of bacterial agent A18 with 20% treatment of coastal clear tank sludge and northern Shaanxi sludge has the highest hydrocarbon removal efficiency, reaching 59.89% and 80.8% respectively, while inoculation of A18 bacterial agent with 10% has the best treatment effect on tank bottom oil sludge,4d hydrocarbon The removal efficiency exceeds 80%.Compared with 10% of C15 inoculum inoculation volume, the removal rate of hydrocarbons from the bottom sludge of northern Shaanxi tank can be increased by about 47%.But Rha higher than 100mg/L is not conducive to the treatment of sludge with C15 fungus.?5?The pilot test results show that the bacterial agent D2 still has a good treatment effect on waxy oil sludge. The degradation rate of n-alkanes in 500g/L waxy oil sludge in 9d can reach 91.05%,and also remove some aromatic hydrocarbons.
