With the continuous increase in the pressure of urban transportation and the continuous increase in the demand for public services,it is imperative to build an urban transport network and public service system with efficient services and reasonable layout.In view of the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of the current urban transport network and public services,this paper proposes a GIS-based spatial analysis method for urban transport networks and public services,and establishes an evaluation index system for spatial patterns of transport networks and public services,respectively.Spatial Pattern Characteristics of Urban Transportation Network and Public Services.The dissertation selected the basic geographic national conditions data of Hangzhou in 2016 as an example to conduct research.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The paper extracts traffic network density index factor,uses nuclear density analysis,slope correction,data standardization and weighted average method to calculate the traffic network density average,analyzes the traffic network density of each district and county,and extracts the traffic network convenience index factor.Using the Euclidean distance analysis,service area analysis,data standardization and weighted average method to calculate the average value of the convenience of the transportation network,and analyzing the convenience of the transportation network in each district and county;using the weighted summation method to calculate the density and convenience of the transportation network.The traffic network accessibility index was obtained,and the accessibility of the traffic network in each county was analyzed.Three spatial indicators were used to evaluate the spatial pattern of the traffic network in Hangzhou.(2)The paper extracts the index factors of the basic public service spatial pattern analysis and the index factors of the core public service spatial pattern analysis,and quantifies the index factors to form an urban public service spatial pattern index system.Using the service area analysis,data standardization and comprehensive weighting methods,the comprehensive evaluation index of the core public service space pattern and the basic public service space pattern were respectively obtained.The index was used to evaluate the public service spatial pattern characteristics in Hangzhou.Based on the above analysis,the results show that the development level of the transportation network and public services in Hangzhou is relatively high,but there is still the problem of unbalanced development among various regions,and the problem of inconsistent configuration.It is necessary to strengthen the scientific planning for the construction of transportation networks and promote the integrated development of urban,inter-city and urban-rural integrated transportation.Increase the number of social service agencies and medical and health institutions above Grade 2 outside the main city,increase the coverage of cultural and sports facilities in urban and rural areas,and increase the balance of public service facilities.
