As an important indicator of the reliability of the mechanical structure,it is very important that the quality of such indicators directly affects the products in the market competitiveness.Analysis of stochastic reliability member has made some achievements,but members of the fuzzy reliability analysis and optimization is still in the blank,thus it is needed to expand the application of reliability in the field of fuzzy theory.This paper mainly studies the fuzziness of input and output variables of structure system.Combined with Monte Carlo simulation method of sampling and extreme response surface method,the mathematical model called Fuzzy Multiple Response Surface(FMRS)has been established for each failure mode corresponding the structure of the system.Since the response surface equation taking into account the fuzziness and randomness of variables,and therefore it has higher precision to replace the relationship between input variables and the output variables.And then taking these linage sampling approach to analyse the reliability based on the response surface model.The Multiple Fuzzy Extreme response surface method has been proposed to deal with the problem of fuzzy reliability analysis of structures.At the same time the fuzzy extremum response surface optimization method for multiple failure modes has been proposed.The method in the optimization of the process remain unchanged fuzziness and randomness of variables,and the fuzzy variables reasonably applied in the response surface to optimize the structure of the system.Based on the above proposed method,fuzzy reliability analysis has been taken for aviation turbine engine blades and large vacuum adjustment platform using MATLAB and ANSYS software.It is to complete the fuzzy optimization design and analysis of reliabilitys that taking a platform of the large vacuum station for example.It is verified that the feasibility of the Fuzzy MultipleExtreme Reliability response surface analysis methods and fuzzy response surface optimization method.Compared with the traditional reliability analysis and optimization method,the fuzziness of the input and output variables has been considered as well as the membership of a variety of related failure modes.It is more realistic that using mathematical models instead system for multicomponent and more effective to provide method for Fuzzy Reliability Analysis and Optimization.
