Soil fungi is an important part of the soil ecosystem,and it has close relationship to their ecosystem.In this thesis,the diversity of soil fungi in Leucocalocybe mongolicum fairy ring of Hulun Buir grassland in Inner Mongolia, including soil fungi species composition and distribution.The Bengal medium dilution plate method for soil fungi, microscopic observations and ITS sequence analysis were used to compare and identify the soil fungi.26genus and53culturable soil fungi species were isolated in this prairie regions,which belonging to the genus of Trichoderma,Clonostachys,Absidia,Mortierella,FusariumMucor,Aternaria,Penicillium,Pae cilomyces,Aspergillus,Scytalidium,Phoma,Ulocladium,Curvularia,Myrothecium,Epicoccum,Cla dosporium,Exophiala,Rhinocladiella,Chaetomium,Metarhizium,Lecanicillium,Corynascella,Py renochaeta,Humicola and Arthrinium,A newly recorded species of China's mainland is Penicillium formosanum H.M. Hsieh,H.J. Su&Tzean was separated. In the fairy ring soil fungi community composition,the genus Trichoderma and Penicillium are the dominant genus and Clonostachys,Absidiay,Mortierella,Alter-naria,Paecilomyces and Aspergillus are the common genus. Soil fungi species of fairy ring less than the non-fairy ring soil fungi species in grassland soils,the number of the fairy ring fungi more than thenon-fairy ring soil fungi in grassland soils; the quantities and speciesof soil fungi decreasing with soil deper were tested; and change with different month, the number of soil fungi significantly increased in late July and early August,but the soil fungal genus change over the month on the fairy ring is not obvious.In the test on the biofunction of soil fungi,we found two antagonism strains were Metarhizium ansiopliae and Corynascella inaequalis;M.ansiopliae has obvious inhibitory effect for Fusarium avenaceum and Fusarium oxysporum.
