| The purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable data-gathering tool that can be used to answer the following question: How do occupational therapists and optometrists describe their roles in relation to providing vision therapy for patients who have suffered a CVA? Occupational therapists and optometrists in New York State practicing vision therapy with this patient population were interviewed to help the researcher determine these roles. The tool, the product of this study, was developed based on the information gathered from the participants as well as an extensive literature review. |
